We been here like 4 – 5 times & had 2 different wait/​bar help. Both girls were great & their utmost attention is to the customer. The food is excellent & the staff superb! Treat yourself to a real place of character!

Absolutely love the vibe of this place. I love the dark British pub feel. Food was amazing. The fish and chips are top notch and the Shepards Pie is nothing less than excellent.

Came here with a couple friends to eat and drink, but after standing there for almost 10 minutes, we decided to leave. Customer service is by far the most important component of any establishment and this place doesn’t have it. There was maybe 1 table full and a handful of people at the bar and noone and I mean noone, even looked up at us to ask us if we wanted to sit down, nor did they offer us menus or acknowledged our presence. Not even a ‘Hello, we’ll be with you shortly’ I do believe it was about 7 – 8 minutes of us looking blankly at them, and just decided to leave. We went to The State instead, where I must say, had OUTSTANDING service!

I ate lunch at the Royal Falconer British Pub in Redlands, CA on 11/​21/​2015. It was my 1st time there. There were four of us and we were all happy with our meals. I had their Cod & Chips ($ 11.00) and coffee ($ 2.95). William, our server, did a fine job. Plus, I took photos.
