We had a really awful experience here. Our therapist didn’t show up for the appointment. We fought traffic for an hour to get there, waited for 20 mins only to have another therapist tell us he wasn’t even in the building. Nobody called us and afterwards an apology would have been great.
I wouldn’t recommend going here and to Tim McKee don’t bail on people needing mental health services.

The therapists at Emmaus are incredibly skilled. The staff is excellent. It took a lot for me to pick up the phone and call, but I am glad that I did. I was matched up with an amazing therapist who has helped me work through a lot. If you are thinking about therapy I highly suggest you call Emmaus.

2.5 stars — Some counselors are fantastic. Some are just bad. Overall, scheduling and billing are efficient and unexpectedly kind. A few good locations and they have some Saturday appointments. Had a horrible experience with one therapist — the kind that gives all therapists a bad rap. Be warned!
