Evelyn Rose Consignment

I do not buy used clothes so I will only review this store as a seller. Bottom line, I will not consign here again. I have taken clothes to consignment stores over the years and I have never had such low sales. The problem is she takes in way too much stuff. Buyers may like this, but it’s not good from a sellers stand point. Also, she doesn’t really pay the split she says she will. They add a «service fee» which she says is passed on to the customer but it’s really just another way of adding to her pocket.

I always enjoy this shop. It has a good range of merchandise from casual to totally-​evening-​glam-​chic. I’ve consigned here as well, and find the staff friendly, fair in their evaluation of anything I bring in, and always willing to smile.

I’ve been to many, many consignments shop all over the Seattle years over the years an I have to say that Evelyn Rose I the absolute BEST consignment shop around!
I go in AT LEAST once a week and it’s like visiting a friend when you are hanging out with Kim in her shop.
I especially love it when she drops a HUGE bag of clothes in front of me and says «help yourself»! :)
Saves her time from having to price and hang everything and I get to peruse and feed my addition! LOL.
Honestly though, Kim rocks and so does Evelyn Rose. Go by and visit! You won’t be sorry!

I’m sorry to say that I’ve not had a good experience with consigning at this boutique. The owner is friendly so I’m giving a two star but my experience consigning there has not been good because she’s very unorganized. I consigned there on two occasions with large bundles of clothing and only made $ 13 (not blaming anyone). My issue is with the return of my clothing after she had finished consigning them. The first time I went to pick up my clothes she asked what they looked like, that a rack of clothes had fallen and clothes had been mixed up. Needless to say I never got those back! I only ever got one top back out of the many items I consigned. I gave up trying.

I’m thinking most of these reviews must be fake or they are just buyers. Kim Ludtke came over to my house to examine some of the cloths I had from my mom who recently passed away. Some of these items were very personal and very expensive worth thousands. I was very hesitant to give her the cloths because she came ill prepared with no contract, no formal paper and no proof of company. Anyhow after she assured me that she will sell her cloths I hesitated to give her all of it. In fact I only gave her 5 garments worth over $ 6,000. She had the tenacity to reassure me that the cloths would be in good hands. I was still very sentimental over the cloths since my mom only passed away a few weeks ago.
After a few weeks passed I emailed her but got no reply. I tried contacting her every single way and no reply. It has been 5 months and not a single reply from her. I would never do business with her again. Basically she came in to my house and stole the cloths. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB.
Obviously these good reviews are from people who are buying and not selling. I would not trust her with anything. I am sure she has already sold and pocketed my past mothers cloths. I’d rather give it to goodwill than her. Kim don’t bother contacting me you have already shown that you do not care about me or your customers. Look at my reviews I hardly give out bad ones. Karma…

I have never been to a better consignment shop! It is bright, well-​organized, and fun! The styles are wonderful and I truly enjoy my time spent there. The best part about Evelyn Rose is the owner, Kim, herself. You would have to look far and wide to find an owner of her caliber. Thank you so much Kim! Please visit this fabulous shop!

I have been going to Evelyn Rose since it opened and have to say I am a HUGE fan! Kim, the owner is incredibly professional, friendly and always happy to help find the perfect item. I consign there too and find the exchange to be very fair.
I have and will continue to share this terrific little consignment boutique to all my friends. YAY KIM!!!

This is one of the best consignment stores that I’ve been to in a long time. I was happily surprised by the amount of high end merchandise they carry. Also the owner was extremely helpful and tentative. I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

Just opened consignment store in Redmond that is a great find for someone wanting to find fashionable clothing at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this locally owned store for taking your clothes, purses, jackets, jewelry and handbags that you normally would take to Goodwill.
