Maybe it’s the sandwich I got, but I thought the meatball sandwich was just… a meatball sandwich. Surprise!(jk.) The meatball was a bit salty and my bread was hellaaa soggy, I should’ve asked them to toast the bread beforehand, oh well. We hit their lunch rush, so to get to the counter was maybe around 7 minutes(not too bad). They have the option to get a regular or a MASSIVE sandwich. When I say massive, I mean like longer-than-a-foot big. You could probably feed a whole family with the giant sub! haha. I was kind of sad that they only had sandwiches and no salads/soups. They do, however have wraps, so if you don’t want bread get a wrap! All in all, it’s a typical sandwich shop imo. The prices are pretty good for the sizes of their sandwiches. Plus they have a cute mini size sandwich, for people who don’t want to overstuff themselves. :)

The girl that helped me was seriously so nice! Is it sad that I have just come to expect mediocre customer service? She definitely surprised me with her kindness. I love Jersey Mikes, so I will definitely be back.

yummy but poor quality. I ordered a chicken parm from there, and the bread and marinara were super tasty but when I looked at the chicken there was clear discoloration. It had a greenish tint and random light and dark spots around the chicken and I must say I was slightly put off. However it was tasty nonetheless. I would say that one should go here if they don’t mind risking possible illness and they like a good lil sandwich.

I’m a big fan of being reminded of home when I’m traveling and this location doesn’t fall short of that home feeling. I love that I can come to a place and have the same quality in foods and nothing will be a surprise. I think the one thing that really made me happy here was the service and the conversations between customer and the employees. They are always so friendly and chat with you. This is the awesome was that makes me come here and not Subway.

This place is basically subway where they slices your meats for you The meat gives the illusion that it’s high quality but when you stand by the glass and read the ingredients in the meat you can see they have a lot of preservatives. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was terrible, they microwave pre cooked chicken strips and put them on bread and add marinara The next day I saw a commercial for the company that clearly says they don’t microwave food which is a direct contradiction to what I saw in the store Given the poor meat quality I just don’t see myself ever returning jersey mike needs to figure out how to properly advertise

The hot sandwiches and Sub in a Tub are delicious here! I also love that the meat is freshly sliced after you order and grilled while you wait. Itmight add a few minutes but the freshly grilled flavor comes through. The big Kahuna is my favorite. The bread is warm, soft and baked daily. If you’re watching carb intake, the Sub in a Tub is an excellent option. The grilled meat and veggies are served on top of a bed of lettuce. Be sure to add any extra sandwich toppings that appeal to you. Servicewise, the staff is alawys friendly. On my last visit, i was especially impressed with a young black woman that I had not encountered before. She was enthusiastic, friendly, had a great smile and went above and beyond in her desire to prepare the perfect meal. The lack of a fifth star is only because I’ve always had to clean off my table when i sit down. Four and a half stars would be more appropriate. I continue to return!

Awesome subs, can’t go wrong with a #13 mikes way… But man alive they are slow at moving through the line. After 3 visits each time taking over 15m to get a sandwich to go… Too long for a cold sandwich to go If you want a great sandwich this is the place, if you need it quickly, this is not.

Fresh veggies, meat sliced to order, and homemade bread. A great sandwich shop and we’ll worth the price. Better than any fast food, any day of the week.

Yum! I love this sandwich spot. It is nice when you can watch them slice the meat and cheese right in front of you, gives you a sense of a real deli. I have come here with friends from the east coast and they are impressed with how it reminds them of east coast deli shops. Veggies and bread are always fresh. The people here are always very very nice and eager to help you narrow down your search. I also appreciate the varying sizes(mini, regular and large or some funny name). Quick. Cheap and never disappoints. Pretty good lunch spot if you ask me.

Finally, a sub shop that gets it right! I admit I’m picky about many things, from pizza, to bagels, to subs. Jersey Mike’s reminds me of home. The subs have a good amount of meat to them; unlike another sub shop that might claim they have a «way»(see what I did there? i’m clever!!), Jersey Mike’s actually puts good meat on their sandwiches, and a good amount of it. They also pile on the toppings, not shying away from, in particular, oil and vinegar, which is all you really need on a sub. I also found the service very friendly. I was able to get in, get my sub, and get out in short order. love this place!

Shorted us on many of the toppings, poor service, amazingly bad. Almost as bad as Subway down the street, or Jamba.

We came in for a lunch sub, and the gal assisting us was about to go on her break, so she neglected to even finish the sub we ordered. She didn’t put any cold toppings on it, and gave us the wrong order. Terrible service and awful sub! Not going back.

They’re sandwiches. Pieces of bread with stuff between them, and that implies simplicity. So why are they so expensive at Jersey Mike’s? And not that good. I honestly don’t remember what was standing here before this restaurant, but I’m not impressed. I need my sandwiches to be not so expensive, not so small, and not so plain. Jimmy John’s is a little further down the road and beats this place on all three accounts. Really, this place reminds me a lot of Charley’s Grilled Subs. That’s basically what Jersey Mike’s is, although they do also sell cold sandwiches. It was a hot sandwich that I ordered, a regular big kahuna cheese steak($ 7.85) to be exact. With grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra cheese, I thought I would be quite satisfied. The truth, first of all, is that a regular means only half a sandwich. You have to pay inflated prices for a «giant» if you want the whole thing. Second, even the half sandwich is still pretty expensive. I ended up paying around nine dollars for half a sandwich. Third, the contents were actually somewhat empty; it’s not like the sandwich was brimming with ingredients. That’s Jimmy John’s. JJ’s sandwiches may be cold, but at least they win in all other departments.

I don’t know how you get a sandwich wrong — but this place does. I guess it starts with the fact that there is too much bread. I hate that. They give you plenty of lettuce, and not much else. I gave this place two shots — one for a hot sandwich, and one shot for a cold sandwich. The hot cheesesteak sandwich was awful. Hardly any meat, and all grissle. The cold sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce, very little meat. About ten bucks for that? No thanks! Skip this place/chain.

Came for lunch with a co worker. Wasn’t sure what to expect but when arrived and saw they have philly’s well this guy was pleased. Went with the #43 Chipotle Philly. Yeah I know some true philly fans would think this was sacrilege but there wasn’t that much spice to the Chipotle but added a depth of flavor. I was pleased with the sandwich the bread seemed off compare to other phillys I have had. Maybe if it was toasted more not sure something felt off with bread. Will be back to try some of the other sandwiches.

The name gave me hope, but I was to be disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was from a package, and probably nuked. The breading was horrendous and the sauce lackluster. Honestly, I should have known better. Lesson learned.

This is going to be a pretty detailed review. I work a couple doors down from these guys & finally gave them a try a couple weeks ago. I like sub sandwiches and recently broke up with a sub sandwich chain because I don’t support companies with founders that have ethics I don’t agree with. I just did a little research on Jersey Mike’s & I am pretty wowed at everything these guys do. The give quite a bit to charities! Look it up! This is a company I can feel good about supporting. So, I’m in! :) Onto the food :) I am mostly a veg head & order the Veggie(go figure) ;) I LOVE the«Mini» size! Perfect for me unless I want leftovers. If I want half to take home I order the«Regular». I’d like to talk about Pros & Cons… Pros: it’s not bad & I dig the cheese, don’t change that part please! Super awesome that they sell energy drinks! Very Mild Cons: on my mini(5 inches) veggie sub; mostly lettuce, 2 rings of thinly sliced pepper, 2 slices of tomato(which sometimes are little ones) &2 types of cheese, onions & pepperoncini. As someone ordering a veggie sandwich, I like veggies. I’d be happier with 3 rings of peppers, &3 tomatoes. The ratio of stuff in your mouth is mostly bread, lettuce & cheese with a little of the other stuff. I also ask for oil & vinegar, but a big tip — if you don’t want it totally drenched, you better ask for very light. My last complaint is just the lack of choices of veggies. For these reasons they get docked a star from me. I will most likely eat there again. Like I said, it’s not bad, at all. Side note, it seems super clean!!!

The Good: The place is modern and clean. Plenty of seating and they had booths that were accommodating and comfortable. We got the #13 Original Italian, Mikes way, light juice. I loved the super thin meat and cheese, the fresh produce, the juice, and the bread. They make the bread daily, and it was soft and tasty. Their soda dispenser has cherry pepsi. One of the employees, Trina was super awesome! She was very friendly and helpful and informative about the company, the product and the service. The Bad: They don’t have Cheetos. But Trina was telling us that they were going to replace some of the unpopular products with Cheetos. The Ugly: What your shirt would look like going full juice. Conclusion: It is definitely a great sub shop. Despite people talking about having it mikes way or not; not every place has to offer custom everything. It is about enjoying the products and services they offer. I would choose this place over Subway or Jimmy Johns any day.

New business, just opened a week or so ago. Store is very clean, staff is friendly, sub is very tasty. If you are first timer, make sure you get the mike’s style(salt, black pepper, olive oil, and vinegar) I normally get giant size and ask them to cut in 4. Love their subs! Both my coworker and I got the giant size. I still have half left. He told me he finished the whole thing already! It’s good and addicting! I am sure we will use their royal/loyal customer system and get a free sub soon!

Brand new location in Redmond across the street from the Bear Creek Plaza. This location is convenient and easy to get to. It sits in a plaza with Fatburger, Baskins, a party store and an urgent care clinic. There’s ample parking at all times of the day. Like a new store should be, this location is clean, fully staffed and optimistic. Let’s hope it stays that way. :) I really like their philly cheese steak sub with everything. They offer both hot and cold subs with the hot subs being grilled, not just toasted. An another addition to food options in this part of town!
