I called Kellies Cake to see about prices for my Wedding in July. She was very brief, rude and short about all the combinations, prices and how many each cake would feed. I asked if It would be better if I came in and personally talked to her. She said I needed to make an appointment cause they don’t have time. I asked her if she would be at the Bridal Show in Redmond and we could talk there, she laughed at me and said that they actually put the show on. How was I supposed to know they put the wedding show on? I hung up the phone feeling totally disrespected as the customer who is looking for a service. I will not be going through Kellies Cake for my flowers or cake. Overall very unprofessional, and rude on the phone.

We ordered a simple wedding cake from Kellie’s Cakes. On the morning of the wedding, we discovered the cake was neither the correct shape, size, or appearance as we had ordered and payed for. When we attempted to resolve the«dispute”/get a replacement in time for the reception, Kelly the owner, screamed at my mother who was kindly picking up the cake, saying, «the cake was as ordered», «perfectly fine», «and no fixing or refund was possible!» Overall Kellie’s Cakes is extremely unprofessional and highly unrecommended anyone.

Ordered my 40th birthday cake while we were on vacation for the Sisters outdoor quilt show… wanted black, hot pink and white with polka dots and pink gerber daisies with butter cream. The butter cream was so whipped it was like unsweetened cool whip(YUCK), cake was ok but the decorations looked like a child make the cake! The polka dots were NOT round and they were not butter cream, they were paper stuck to the frostings and the flowers were plastic. It was so bad, we threw the entire cake in the trash! Do NOT recommend this bakery for regular birthday cakes!
