Wow. I am so glad I found Overlake Maids! I relocated temporarily because of my job and got my mom to house-sit for me. She was so gracious to do this so I told her I would get a cleaning service so she wouldn’t have to lift a finger while I was gone.
I was able to book my service online and it was very easy. The second time (bi-weekly cleanings) the maids were scheduled to come to the house they called and said they would be about 30mins late. I appreciated the proactive approach to their customer service and since my mom is retired it wasn’t an issue. They have been early or on-time every time (4times) since!
Overlake Maids has made a great impression on me and I highly recommend them. ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
