This team has done an awesome job cleaning up from a burst pipe under my home. They even battled my insurance company for a complete restoration. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Ok. I am done. It’s been FOUR years and the owner is still harassing and threatening me on Unilocal.If you think you have a case to sue me, by God, just do it already. This is getting really old, really annoying, and given what my attorney has found out about this owner – a bit scary he’s still so obsessed with this. –The update I posted that was removed by Unilocal was a cut/paste of a private message from a ‘company’ called Cyber Investigations, LLC who claimed to be hired by an attorney to reach out to settle this matter. I forwarded all the information to MY attorney and did not respond. The removal of the review was warranted, as I did publish their name, email and phone number, while exposing the fake accounts they were starting under other names in order to contact me through Unilocal– I have faithfully and truthfully updated this review at each stage of this man’s psychotic obsession. I even increased the star rating when he acted halfway decent(short-lived), which is documented below in each of these updates. I cannot change records that are four years old. As I said many times, IFIFIFIFIF it is the wrong address, I cannot rectify that now! He suggested specific competing franchises I should put this under instead.(published PM below) So, he’s totally OK with an incorrect/inaccurate review on someone else’s business and damaging someone else’s reputation – just not his. Classy. My recommendation is you never hire this man for anything as he will hound you for years if you don’t succumb to his demands. He’s convinced other reviewers they ‘had the wrong address’(or faked accounts to do it). I find it REALLY unlikely any/all negative reviews that aren’t filtered are ALL for the wrong location. I paid for part of the horrible service done to my residence,(ever heard of a deductible?), was in direct contact with my landlord, the insurance agent and the on-site workers on a DAILY basis and EVERY piece of paperwork I’ve ever seen had the Redmond name or address(he’s also previously attempted a create duplicate listing of his business at his HOME address in Bellevue, another way he is trying to game Unilocal instead of following the rules). My landlord is a gem, and always keeps me in the loop or lets me lead any project that happens inside this home. He also graciously went through records and called insurance agents YEARS after this to ensure what I had was what the paperwork recorded. Based on his behavior and past(publicly available) criminal record, I will NOT give him direct contact or reveal other people’s(landlord) contact information. I am not about to have him beating down my door or harassing my landlord. Steve: You’ve shown every potential customer that might have come from Unilocal why they shouldn’t hire you all with your own actions, not mine. Please leave me alone. Do not PM me, do not review me or about me, do not continue following me onto Talk threads, do not contact me in any way shape or form. Every contact ever received and screen shots of Talk threads have been forwarded to my attorney. — — — — — — — — — — — — – Working with servpros at work now, I can tell you well over half, for some locations up to 100%, their business comes NOT from individuals, but insurance companies. I highly doubt insurance companies surf Unilocal before dispatching a remediation crew. I really suggest that Steve learn to accept he cannot control everything, and spend more time using Unilocal properly, and understanding what Unilocal is, what it is for, what their rules and policies are and how the site functions. It is not his personal page, and not in his sole control. Acting like an adult, with professional demeanor –not emotion, rants and obsessions– would go a lot farther to build his business than anything else. He should also take his own advice, as his own reviews he’s now writing are lambasting other businesses without the grace and accordance he himself demands. Continuing to harass, malign, threaten, follow, contact, or otherwise connect to me in any way will result in legal action – just by me against him.

My insurance company told me to call them for water damage remediation. Boy was that a mistake! I needed someone reliable to take care of my rental in Redmond, WA. The company owner Steve, over promised, under delivered and didn’t even follow their own policies and procedures. Some companies should just turn down business instead of provide exceptionally poor service, but they didn’t. They damaged my appliances and walls without recourse as well. Safeco will no longer recommend them. Please call another location for service…

Our insurance company recommended Servpro to perform a clean up of a septic back up situation that occurred in our home. We were very pleased that Steve N. and his crew showed up and went to work on that same day to remove the affected flooring, drywall, carpet, furniture, etc. Steve answered all of our questions thoughtfully, thoroughly and patiently and explained how the process of dealing with his company and the insurance company would go. He was just great. They worked quickly and efficiently to set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry out any moisture remaining, and contained the affected area. At least one crew member came each and every day to check on the dry out process. Steve N. also set up another contractor to work on the situation under the house, which made it nice that we didn’t have to search for and schedule a contractor during this stressful time. Toward the end of the process, the owner(also named Steve) came out to the house to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. He was very professional while maintaining a caring and friendly demeanor. We would recommend Servpro to any of our friends and family. We just can’t thank them enough!
