This is a modern and well kept store in a convenient area with plenty of parking. Unfortunately SPRINT doesn’t offer SIM cards, so they won’t get my business today.

Slow. Sprint guy didnt even acknowledge me or the other person waiting in line. And only 1 person to help customers during peak biz hours? No wonder ppl bypass this store; it must operate at a loss… sad ;/

My phone was having screen issues and clearly damaged. I work in customer service and I’m a strong believer in taking care of the customer. I’ve had sprint for about 18 years and never had to come into the store for any issues yet when I brought my phone in I was treated very skeptically as though I was trying to scam my way into a new phone or something even though I had a protection plan. I’m sure there are people who do in fact try to abuse these systems but I feel like my account history shows otherwise and to be treated that way I found to be very frustrating. Usually I go to the Overlake Sprint Store and they have always been much more helpful.

Wow is all i can say about this buisness what a shame to even walk into this store, the manager made me feel like a real bad guy for buying a phone on the sprint website even to the point of mocking me and asking me why i was in(his store) amazing ill never return

First of all, the entire staff at this Redmond Sprint store are terrific. Kyle Murphy was my rep. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and tries his best to make things work out. The Problem is Sprint. Have discovered they are #3 for a reason… their customer service is still pathetic and their cell service has a lot of holes. I had been with Verizon and was going to get a smart phone and add a data plan for email and web. I was lured in by Sprints marketing and price structure. Had heard that the absolutely horrible customer service of the past(even acknowledged by those at the Sprint store) was a focus and changing for the better. And the price structure was appealing. Turns out, the customer service is still pathetic and Sprint’s cell service is not dependable with lot of holes. If I could get out my contract with Sprint without penalty, I would even if my monthly fees increase by going to another carrier. I have been increasing dissatisfied with Sprint as I have run into pocket after pocket of places that my Sprint service is shakey or doesn’t work at all. I have a friend that lives on Education Hill, just a normal Redmond neighborhood… he can’t get Sprint at his own house. I just moved from Redmond to Edmonds and now I can’t get Sprint at my own house. They have a product for which they were originally gonna charge me plus it has a monthly service fee that is a patch remedy at best. Overall, Sprint cell service is bad. What’s worse is Sprint’s customer service… it’s downright frustrating and very time consuming. Plus have discovered things stated in writing on the Sprint website that are contradicted by Sprint’s phone customer service, even when escalating to supervisors. And it seems like Sprint is doing things that seem like bait and switch(just one example… check sprint forums under Sprint Premier Awards. Their account methods in calculating minutes is also geared toward deception) Bottom line, if you’re contemplating going to Sprint… don’t. You are destined for headaches.
