I’ve been going to TCMM for almost 2 years and I still look forward to going 3 times a week. The 30 minute workouts fit nicely into any schedule, and they accommodate all levels of fitness. Chris and the rest of the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and it is obvious they care about their client’s health. They focus on good form and the workouts are never the same!

I’m kicking off the New Year with a 5 star review for Chris Meredith and TCMM fitness. Readers of Unilocal deserve an accurate and unemotional review of what it’s really like to be a client. This is my personal experience with him, his staff, his sessions and his fitness/diet challenges. For the past year, I have participated in training sessions 3x per week in addition to participating in one 8 week fitness/diet challenge last Spring and one 6 week fitness/diet challenge this past Fall. I’ve just started my third 6 week diet/fitness challenge. Chris is super knowledgeable and has a cult like following because he delivers on his promise of an efficient and effective workout. In fact, he is an expert in this unique training method which focuses on integrating 30 minute high intensity interval training sessions 3x per week with a healthy lifestyle. Period. No trendy diets or detoxes — just clean eating, with an emphasis on low carbs, high protein, healthy fats,(yes, there really is such a thing), low sugar and a cheat meal once a week. Plus, Chris and his staff are extremely conscientious about clients with special needs — i.e. Knee or hip issues — and they, unlike other cross fit groups, are committed to health first and modify the workouts as needed. I have first hand experience with this. Many of his clients, like myself, are personal referrals from other happy clients. My friend referred me — not because of any gift she would receive for the referral — but because she loves the workout and the challenges. My results? A huge increase in lean body mass, a decrease in body fat and I’ve dropped from a size 10 to an 8. The program is stress free and keeps on a steady path of achieving healthy fitness goals. My feathers were a bit ruffled after reading the 1 star review posted recently by Prabhakar. Not every work out is right for everyone — I get that TCMM is not Prabhakar’s thing. But Chris and TCMM deserve a fair, factual review so potential new clients can make an informed decision. I hope I’ve provided that. Happy New Year!

Amazing 30 minute workout. Quick and difficult, but lots of focus on solid technique and core strength training w/a cardio burn along the way. Dude knows what he’s doing. Very convenient for a lunch time workout close to Microsoft.

Getting in shape can be stressful due to the overwhelming amount of information and opinions we’re exposed to. I started going to Chris’ studio a few months ago. Just while going twice a week I began seeing more definition in my arms than I have had in my entire life. The staff is amazing and they really know what they’re talking about. They make working out fun and effective. Also, the fact that it’s 30 minutes makes it convenient to find time in your busy schedule to work out. I 100% recommend this studio, and look forward to my sessions with them each week!

I was injured in a car accident in 2004 and half been struggling ever since to get back on my feet and in shape because of issues with joints and other obstacles. I was able to work my way up to the gym by starting with walking and then some low impact exercise. I made some great progress and then last year I broke my hand and I was unable to work out for a couple months putting me out of commission for awhile. I needed a way to strengthen my stabilizer muscles, get back in shape, and get stronger, but without re-injuring my hand and causing issues to my knees. The Chris Meredith Method was perfect. In as little as 1 month, I lost 5 lbs(which is big for someone with my body type), I was stronger, I had better balance, and people began really seeing the changes. This all with only working out 2 days a week for 30 minutes at a time. I then took on the challenge of a 3 day a week work out for a month and saw even better results. Along with changes in my diet that Chris recommended, this was instrumental in getting me back in the best shape I have been in over a decade and meeting my goals for 2013. I highly recommend any busy person who says they don’t have time to work out to try out Chris’s workout themselves. They have a free first time work out and will answer any questions you have. I have worked out with every trainer at CMM and they all are really good and make the workouts challenging, different, and fun. I have a gym membership and I honestly would much rather workout with Chris any day because he challenges me in ways I would not have done by myself. So the location has moved(closer to my house now!) and the floor space has vastly increased! The same great trainers and work outs now with more room to torture yourself! I’ve been going about twice a week(with Power Vinyasa Yoga twice a week as well) and I’ve already lost a lot of fat and gained more than 5% muscle mass! Now what does that tell you? Go see Chris and he’ll get you in the best shape of your life! You’ll never regret it!

As a Doctor of Chiropractic I have seen many personal trainers come and go over the years. Chris Meredith is a fantastic motivator and expert Personal Trainer. He practices what he preaches and is very knowledgeable about the body and how to get you functionally fit. He listens well to clients and tailors each program to what each person needs. His program is second to none as a «big box» gym just can’t match how effective the workouts are!

If you want to look amazing, and are willing to work hard, then ditch your boring gym workout and sign up for personal training sessions with Chris Meredith. I toned up and felt confident in a bathing suit for the first time in years, and my boyfriend lost like 30 pounds in 4 months.(why do guys lose weight so easily!!!) Chris is such a positive person, and he will totally motivate you to reach your goals.

If you’re looking for an amazing fitness program, in only 30 minutes per session, this is it! Busy people pay attention! Chris is knowledgeable, helpful, persistent, and just an overall nice guy. He definitely helps you achieve your fitness and weight goals, and has lots of tools to do so. The workouts are all about YOUR goals and YOUR progress, not about the trainer putting in the time and getting paid. Chris is an excellent coach, and I can’t say enough about how great the program is. I have worked out with Chris for 6 months, and renewed for another 6 months — 5 days a week! I love it! 30 minutes fits into my schedule, and leaves me well able to deal with whatever comes my way!

Wandering around the Redmond Town Center, I came across this new personal training studio nearby the Tully’s coffee store. They have been open for just one week and were generating a lot of interest for personal training. I met with the owner/trainer, Chris Meredith and he gave me the overview and philosophy for his business. It’s a very positive focus on assisting clients to attain their individual fitness goals in a peaceful, beautiful setting. He tailors his training to his client’s individual needs and tastes from encouraging them to really«bringing it» and challenging them to blast past their own barriers to a new fitness level. His website is still under construction, but don’t let that prevent you from making contact and giving this new personal training studio a try.
