Acme Clean Air

We were selling our house and the buyer’s inspector discovered some hidden mold under our kitchen sink due to an old leak. Our agent recommended that we call Acme Clean Air. They were very professional. Steve got us a quote to fix the issue the very next day and walked us through the entire process. Ozzy and the guys arrived on time and were clean and courteous. I very highly recommend them and would use them again.

Acme had the best prices; nearly half the price of one place i called! they were prompt and did the job as promised. plus they were really flexible with their scheduling bc i had to resched several times over bc our close date for escrow kept changing. anyway, would recommend them for sure.

In the middle of a remodel, our general contractor discovered mold and mildew behind the walls, throughout the insulation, and vapor barrier. I called Acme to schedule a walkthrough for a bid yesterday morning. They were booked through the end of the day and could give me an appointment early/​mid the following morning. I explained that I was very nervous about it as I was seven months pregnant. They were able to fit in a very tight appointment within a few hours since I was so close to their location. During the inspection, they diagnosed the type of mold and the root cause. I had an estimate for repair by close of business and… literally LESS THAN 24 hours after my first call to them — they remediated the mold issue and set up HEPA filters to run for the next two days to purify the air.
I am so impressed by their flexibility and professionalism, and on top of everything, the team accommodated my work schedule and arrived exactly on time at 7:30a.

Acme was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Hopefully we don’t have any mold issues in the near future, but we’d absolutely use Acme again.
