the front desk and sissy (she usually answers the phone) are extremely rude. total disregard for patient’s their families. they have no compassion and seem to enjoy ignoring patients in the waiting room. the doctors are fabulous but would never go back there due to their staff. front staff and sissy need to get fired and replace with people with desire to serve the community.

I’m really quite surprised that all reviews are low.
As we age are needs change from NOT needing doctors that often to needing them more often. No one said getting older was going to be a cake walk. Thus when you need a doctor it is ALWAYS GREAT to have one that is PROACTIVE and doesn’t just feed you pills, not listen and make your quality of living a LIVING H*LL due to their razor blade and salt rubbing wound bed side manner.
My mom-​n-​a-​tor has been coming here for years now to see Dr Bruce Jackson. I can’t remember how she got his name but she was in bad shape at the time she first started coming. He has always been very attentive toward my mom-​n-​a-​tor and keeps up to date with all her other doctors, which is UBER IMPORTANT when you’re sick and on other meds to stay on this side of the dirt.
I been there a few times and seen him in action. He is ALWAYS so KIND! That is A LOT when you’re feeling LIKE CRAP WARMED UP! Doctor Jackson is a cardiologist. What is that you might be asking? Well in short if you have a problem with your heart he is the doctor that can help you keep the sucker beating so again, you can stay on this side of the dirt!
I remember once when my mom-​n-​a-​tor went for a doctor visit and ended up nearly passing out. I was at work. He called me right away and I flew over to the office like I had wings on my back. They ended up admitting her into the hospital. Whenever they cannot get a hold of her they will give me a call. This is when I know something is wrong but they NEVER let on which is sort of cool since worrying does NO ONE any good! But it is also when I know I need to work from home or take the day off from work and go to my mom-n-a-tor’s appointment with her.
If your parents are like mine them frequently keep me in the FRICKIN DARK as not to worry me which ONLY makes me worry more! So ridiculous that they do that! Anywho, Doctor Jackson has literally been a LIFE SAVOR and has treated my mom-​n-​a-​tor WELL!
I NEVER hear her complain that he is NOT doing his job. Nor have I EVER had to call up there or take off from work because they (him and the staff) are not treating her right! A sure way to piss me off, and get on my S*IT LIST, is to be rude to the mom-​in-​ator, treat her bad, ignore her, or give her a hard time! I become a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON that NO ONE wants to see or be around! So it’s GREAT that I have NEVER had to morph into a witch with a «B»! I can cut you with my tongue my words are so sharp and pointed! Just ask the ex-​hubby! He learned the hard way!

Doctors are good, but those persons who are responsible for scheduling are absolute NIGHTMARE. They put you on hold for 20 minutes, they forget about you, then they promise to call back and that NEVER happens, it is such a huge problem to schedule a simple appointment!
If my insurance wasn’t tied to that office I would never go there!

My wife needs a lung transplant ASAP or she is not going to live much longer. The USC transplant team requires a cardiac catheterization test and we were referred to Cor Healthcare. Even after expressing the urgency of this test the staff at Cor Healthcare had no compassion and no desire to work at getting it done right away. Their cookie cutter response was the same for the surgeon consult to the scheduling of the test, «the doctor is out of town we will call when he gets back». Out of 13 doctors in the office I do not believe they ALL are out of town at the same time. Do not rely on this office for any life threating conditions; they might be good for routine checkups.

Dr Abrams is extremely rude and obnoxious. Just reduced my 84yr old friend to tears by being so incredibly rude and mean to him on the phone when called regarding a heart condition. Fail.
