To be fair, I haven’t been to this place in quite a while so things could have improved. I came here for two different massages as I was given a gift card
Both times I felt like the staff was very unprofessional. The first person who did my massage spent most of the time talking to me about how her significant other was in jail and how lonely she was. I ended up feeling like I was giving a therapy session rather than getting a massage. The second time I came in, the guy was wearing a dirty white t shirt and I felt grossed out even having him touch me. I can’t even remember if the massages were good because I was so distracted both times.
I felt like the waiting area was unkept and not very relaxing. As I said, it’s been a while since I’ve been here because after two weird visits, I haven’t been back.

I have been many times and for the most part happy every time. My last time was with Chris and by far my favorite. I have another appointment with him today and I’m very much looking forward to it.
You can’t beat the price and gear a quality massage at the same time.

My number one spot to get a massage for a great price. Had a few different therapists but all were great. This is my monthly spot for a massage. Bonus is its within walking distance. :)

I found this place on Spa Wish/​Spa Finder. I wouldn’t have come here otherwise because I’ve never heard of it nor seen it.
So, I called this morning for an appointment. They explained to me that they have student/​interns and graduates. The students/​interns are trying to finish their hours. The price isn’t different on Monday or Tuesdays so I went with a graduate.
I booked for a 90 minute massage, a facial and some waxing. Their esthetician is on call.
I came a little early due to as suggested to fill out paper work but all I needed to do was sign in. When I arrived, the décor is a little odd putting. It’s light purple, dark purple and a little green? Then the decorations and fixtures all seem like their from the 80s or early 90s? There are some plants that are either fake or too old to be in here. Going into the room, same applies. The light fixture is a stained glass fixture over a bulb. There’s some old paintings and stencil flowers on the wall.
During the massage, it was cold. I can’t even begin to describe. I mean, I felt like there should have been some kind of heating blanket or … Another blanket?! I was naked for goodness sakes!
Anyway, the massage was okay. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars or even 4. I say this because she targeted areas that I didn’t mention. I said specifically shoulders, high back, lower back and the sides of my legs. She did well on my legs but my back was more of a crap shot. I wished for less knuckles and rotating hands (of knuckles).
The wax and facial were okay. Irena was nice to say the least. The wax she used was sugar and painless. It was quick. My facial was simple. She extracted and did a simple mask. It was good.
Overall, ambiance of the place gives it 1 star. Price gives it 3 stars. Massage 2 stars. And facial/​wax is 3.5 stars. Average? 2.5−3 stars.

Great massage. Worth every penny. I use an instructor now, and she’s awesome. But all the other masseuse I’ve tried are pretty good too. I use their buy 5 get one free deal. And I pay extra for using a graduate and not a student.
I’m taking one star away because I wish they would use a little more luxurious linens. I think it’s the only thing lacking.
It is not what you would call luxurious, but they do a good job and for me it’s been quite therapeutic. I’m going there almost once a week. Bring your own oil if you want something fancier. I do and I recommend this place, the pros outweigh the cons over and over at this price range.
And don’t forget to refill your bottle of water for free with Pamela’s alkaline water.

This place is very nice. I came in today and Irena did my facial. She is very professional and she gave me great recommendations for my face. Would definitely come back!

This is my second time receiving a massage at the facility. The first time was just okay; the massage therapist had rough hands (I believe Eva) but was very nice. Today I had an amazing massage from Shirley. I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had! Very pleased:)

The best ever massage therapist is graduate, Michael M. He’s really gifted and has great knowledge about deep tissue massage. I’ve had many massages at top spas and he’s up there with the best of them. Can’t wait for his return. Also, just had reflexology and acupressure with Daniel. He’s really great too! Highly recommend both.

Wow, this is my new go-​to massage place! Ask for Daniel! He did a wonderful combination of Acupressure, Swedish, and sports massage. It not only alleviated the tightness from running and yoga but also released day to day stress and tension. I walked out feeling new! Amazing amazing!
The only down fall is the music. It kept changing and there were too many songs that were too intense for such a relaxed environment. Thankfully Daniel was very attentive and noticed. He accommodated me and turned it off. Great therapist and great place!

Great massage at a great price!

I have gotten a few different services here at different times. Facials are the best I’ve ever had… She is very knowledgable and will give you great tips. And the massages are great. I always feel relaxed n renewed after I leave. Seriously best spa in Redondo! Oh forgot to mention it’s totally affordable!!!

I have been coming here forever. I have seen many different people and landed on my regular Patti. She rocks but today was unavailable. I got paired with Sanil. Wow. Amazing. Kudos. I nicknamed him the massage ninja while I was there. I have never experienced a massage quite like this and it was awesome. Not for the faint of heart nor anyone who is modest. He stretched and kneaded and twisted me into sheer bliss. Patti has a solid contender for my regular business.

I had been a regular here for years for massage and microdermabrasion. somehow I fell off of the wagon… WELL today, I got back on. Chris gave me a phenomenal massage that removed knots and tension from my back, shoulders and neck and prepared me for 2014 — I am DEFINITELY engaging back into a monthly habit. AND I saw my fav Esthetician, Irena on the way in, and WILL be booking a face treatment next month… OH why did I stop my fix??? Krause’s rocks… and makes me feel OH SO GOOD!!!

When I was in the South Bay I was coming here on a regular basis. Ask for Dr. Davis if you want a really great deep tissue massage. She’s been doing it for years and she’s strong. I always felt like a new person after I came here. Reasonably priced especially with their specials. Do it!
The parking here is kind of scarce though. So that’s the only downside. Try to get here a little ahead of time to be sure you get a spot.

Everytime I think of getting a message, this is the place I go to. Best customer service and cheap prices I literally couldn’t be happier with my decision. I love this place and will return every chance I get.

I have been a client of this facility for several years now and all I can is impeccable! When you consider an hour and a half massage during the week is only $ 48, with your own private room, expert massage specialists that cater to whatever specific needs you have in a convenient location with parking that is mostly plentiful is all adds up to an incredible experience!
Christine the Manager works diligently to keep the place running smoothly and in tip top shape. The facility is more advanced and less expensive than more established corporate chains I have been to over the years. I have loyally been working with Kimberly, from whom I just arrived and she is amazing! She knows how to hit all of my sore and soft spots and lovingly works out the kinks. She has earned my trust and I will gladly work with her for as long as I live.
I wholeheartedly endorse Krause and most of their staff with enthusiastic vigor!

I have been here more times than I can recall however very sad about today’s visit… very sad!
Called Saturday, 12÷1÷12 for a massage with Patty they said she is not available until Monday, unable to do the receptionist referred me to Louis a 6 yr veteran for ¹²⁄₂ @ 12:30 pm.
Arrived at 12:25 pm to learn that the appointment had been changed to 12:45 pm without my knowledge… waited 25 mins by the time Louis arrived for our appointment.
* Appointment Start time: 1 pm
* Appointment Lasted ONLY 48 mins [where are the remaining 12 mins I’m owed]
* Basically received a sorry
Honestly this is BOLOGNA in my book and after readying the other reviews this seems to be an on going problem.
I’m furious and hope after their reading this they will make some changes and refund me!
