My wife and I love our new home and if it weren’t for Rosa we wouldn’t be here. We purchased a short sale and I can tell you without a doubt that you definately need someone like Rosa who specializes in this sector of the real estate market to help you. Her experience, negotiating skills and toughness helped us to get the best deal we could possibly get. She fought for us the whole way. She is definately on your side! I never felt as if she was just trying to make a sale. In fact, it was as if she was making the purchase herself.
I am a very hard person to work with when it comes to large purchases like this. Rosa was able to keep me calm during this tough process of buying a home. She kept me informed and walked me through the whole confusing process. You know the feeling that you get when you make a big purchase, «How and where did they screw me?», I didn’t feel that at closing.
