Springboard Vacations

We used Springboard Vacations for our 5 year anniversary trip to New Zealand. We wanted to do a lot in a short period of time, and Danielle from Springboard laid out a fluid itinerary for us that went without a hitch. Transportation and logistics went flawlessly and everything made sense from a flow perspective.
There seemed to be a wide range in the quality of hotels that we stayed in, maybe due to the cost of hotels in different areas and unfortunately none of them had views (this is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, on other trips our travel agency worked with the hotels to get great views). Also I would ask for a «to pack» or «to bring» list for the excursions; we didn’t research as well as we should have and this list would have saved us a lot of time/​$$ renting clothes at various locations.
