Tibetan Cranial

I started going to Lian following the advice of a friend after a motorcycle accident. I limped in, hunched over full of lower back pain and skepticism. An hour later, I floated out of her office; finding myself lighter in step and mood, aligned up the spine and somehow more centered in myself than I had ever felt. My breath came easier, both sides of my body seemed to be completely synchronized, my posture and even my smile were more balanced. Now I go get regular «tune-​ups».
This healing art is something on the most profound level. I’ve sought healing from western medicine, chiropractic, thai and deep tissue massage and nothing works like Tibetan Cranial. The release I experience is deep, energetic, even emotional and truly healing on all levels. I’m so grateful that someone is carrying on this ancient tradition.
