Our experience with Aladdin was excellent. We arrived at 6:30am, rather scared of the whole process. They were open, unlike two of the other local«24 hours» bail bond joints, and the office was professional and the people friendly. Sandy walked us through the process with good explanations, and our appointment there was expedient. She went immediately to deliver the bond to the jail across the street at 7am. She also took our phone numbers so that when our friend was released she could call us to come pick her up… hence we didn’t have to wait around for an uncertain release time. One thing to keep in mind is that the jail doesn’t always release people immediately just because the bail bond has been delivered. They have their own release process, as well as sometimes a backlog of people whose releases need processing. Plus there are shift changes during which nothing is processed. Our friend wasn’t released until 4pm, but again this was due to the jail’s process, not that of the bail bond company, so people should not judge the bail bond company on the basis of how many hours the release takes.

I recently had to get a friend out of jail, and have seen their commercials so I called them, a guy answered, put me on hold for literally 7 mins!!! When he finally got back to me he was trying to rush through the whole conversation, I couldnt even ask him questions, he just told me to come in with all the money that I had and he would get my friend out of jail. After doing the bail, my friend took forever to get out, after an hour of paying the money, I called the jail and they had no record of ever getting the bail, so I called the guy at aladdin, and he told me he got busy doing other things and forgot to get to it… I paid lots of money and my friend didnt get out until very late at night. Overall, the experience with aladdin was very bad, rude service and all they want is your money!!! So many other bail bonds, do your research before contracting them.

I had a great experience with this company considering the circumstances. I worked with Renee and he was very professional, honest, and helpful. I was there to bail out my boyfriend and had zero experience with jail/bail/etc. Renee explained things clearly to me and made the paperwork process quick and simple. The downside is the waiting period once the bail has been posted. Usually the process of releasing the inmate takes 2 – 3 hours however on this particular night it took 5 hours. This of course, was out of the bondsman’s hands, but I figure it’s worth mentioning that the bondsmen have no control over the timeliness of the release process. Thank you Aladdin and Renee! Should I be in this predicament again I will certainly be calling Aladdin!

Hahahaha well I guess I’ll be the 1st person to review Aladdin Bail Bonds. 4:30AM, I get a collect call from an inmate in San Mateo County Jail. Turns out to be 1 of my best childhood friends who ran into a little bit of trouble and needed to be bailed out without his parents knowing. I was then referred to Aladdin Bail Bonds. Turned out to be a complete life saver for my friend who was in desperate need of help. The bond representative was polite, helpful and even offered to set up a payment plan for me. Luckily I had the 10% to cover the bail fee and I was quickly on my way to bailing out my friend. Probably the most random review I’ve ever written but thank you Vinny of Aladdin Bail Bonds! PS, you get a free shirt when you use a bail bond from Aladdin!!! Yes!!!
