DO NOT make a mistake of using this company. This should be closed down… Will report to better business bureau! The guy with the big belly and sweaty was so rude!!! I was charged $ 235!!! Took advantage of the situation!!! And even said it to my face! Its an emergency so u have to pay the price!!! Omg!

Worst customer service ever. Called to get a quote and the guy was so pushy and rude on the phone. He said if you don’t need the service now, keep calling for quotes and hung up on me. Terrible customer service TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE to a company that actually wants to help their customers.

UNBELIEVABLE! Called at 9:20pm on a Fri night. Sounded like I woke the man up with his kid crying in the background. I told him I locked myself out of my bedroom in my home. He said, «k, give me around 20 minutes.» When I nicely asked how much it would cost, he said, «You care how much it’s gonna cost? You really care?» And then he hung up! Are you kidding me??? Looks like I may sleep on my sofa tonight before I would ever call this fake of a business back!!!

Do not call these people! I got locked out of my apartment and they said they would come in 30 minutes. 1 ½ hr. later the guy showed up. Over the phone they said there would be a $ 15 charge for coming and $ 35 per hour. When he got here and saw that I am an elderly woman, the man said that it was a $ 15 charge for coming and $ 185 to open the door. He destroyed the door lock with a drill and now I have to replace the whole lock. I was so furious I told him to leave and I will hire someone else, but had to pay him $ 200.
I am going to report them to the better business bureau.
I repeat! Do not use these people!!!

This place is a fucking rip off. I accidentally locked myself out of my house. I whipped out my phone and found these guys with a google search. The guy said $ 15 over the phone for a service call — did not mention anything about the price of the actual service.
The locksmith showed up (late) and then quoted me $ 200 for the fix!!! WTF!!! Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get to work so I paid up, but $ 200 for a three minute job is a fucking rip off.
Somebody should sue these bastards.
Plus on top of that I had to go rush to the bank to get enough cash to pay because they don’t take cards.
