This was literally the worst place I have ever seen. They gave me a $ 95 estimate, WITH NO OTHER RANGE –JUST– ~$ 95 which is the MINIMUM I GUESS. I waited on call for 3 hours last night, and the person on the phone went to –sleep– on me. HE, WENT, TO, SLEEP, ON THE PHONE.
I get a call this morning, they say they’re coming out… more than an hour later the guy gets over, slides an inflating thing in, pops it open in less then a minute, then turns around and tries to charge me ~$ 265.
They don’t inform their customers about their pricing, they don’t –care– about their customers, the whole time I could see the guy TRYING to charge me as much as he humanly could. These people are the worst, try your best to stay far far away from them

DON’T DO IT!!! I had called them because I lost my car keys and hadn’t found them after seaching my house all day long!!! Their website seemed professional enough to trust them to be credible enough to come make a key to my vehicle in the driveway of my home… until he showed up (after calling me 3 times to tell me each time a little bit longer until he arrived.)
Showed up in a silver grand caravan, white t shirt, not in a marked company van, no logo anywhere, Texas plates, Didn’t introduce himself, kept his car running the whole time, told me that he rather me not use my credit card, that he could follow me to ATM, quoted 300 $ then wanted to charge me almost 700 $, talked on the phone the whole time literally walking in circles … huh I can go on and on. However my service was given in San Jose. I EVEN TOOK A PICTURE OF THE PLATES JUST IN CASE ANYTHING HAPPENS, NEVER AGAIN! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF CLIENTS AND JOBS!!!

and we just got ROBBED.
I called Best bay locksmith since my husband and I just moved in to a new house, and wanted to change 3 locks, especially since one of the door knobs wasn’t even working. I called at 6pm and they said someone is available to come and can be there in 25 – 30 minutes.
30 minutes later, the «technician» calls and says he’s on his way, it’s traffic, and will be there in about 30 minutes.
45 minutes later, this guy with dreads in a scarface shirt and sweats shows up. Don’t get me wrong, my husband and I love our reggae music and gangster movies but when it comes to a BUSINESS, we expect PROFESSIONALS!!! My husband brought in all his tools from the garage and all our keys because this guy just looked shady.
our total came out to $ 289 to change 3 locks and they couldn’t even make copies of the new keys because the machine thing was broken. ugh

I agree– their customer service is horrible. I called to schedule a rekey of 4 doors and they asked for an email of the photo of the doors. When I asked them the price for the key change, they said the range is $ 19 – 29 A per key. That’s a HUGE range, so a visit from them could end up costing A LOT more than the competition. I cancelled the visit.
