They bring the food to your table which is a nice touch for a fast food place. Customer service is nice. Like even the manager was walking around checking on all the customers. And after the lady brings the food to me she explains where I can get all the condiments. Also napkin dispensers on all tables is a good convenience.

Went Sunday morning March 13^th around 10:15. Ordered 2 biscuit sandwich.
Both biscuits was hard as a rock and the bacon was like hard rubber. Not crispy! It was NOT FRESH at all. I live around the corner, so I brought it home. I didn’t want to go back cuz it was raining. I couldn’t eat it!!! Threw it away. What a waste!

Oh my gosh!!! The guacamole bacon burger is absolutely delicious!!! Whatever the reason is for this awesome craving that I had, it got the job done! Service is great and Gabriel interacts well with all of his customers.

Who was the genius who put roquefort cheese on that new Steakhouse burger? What a maroon. It’s overpriced, too. Onion rings were on the dry side. Lot of riff-​raff goes there. Saw a dad abusing his kid, acting tough. A bum came in smelling so badly, I had to move to another table.

I decided to try the Carl’s Jr Monday night and wow was I impressed! I tried the new ½ pound version of the original six dollar burger. The burger was really good for fast food.
Taste/​Quality:
It had a artisan bun which was really large and capable of handling all the juices from the meat and sauce, plus the sweet pickle enhanced the flavor. The patty was really large and pretty close to a ½ lbs.
Price:
For the meal, it ran about $ 10.50 (after tax)
Service:
Friendly and nice. But this is a hit and miss with this location, it all depends on who is working that day. Some of the staff needs an attitude adjustment.
Overall, I LOVE the new original six dollar burger, but I’m also a fan of the ¹⁄₃ lb regular version of the six dollar burger too. I’ll be coming here more often. Bye bye McDonalds …

The counter clerks were accommodating & possess excellent customer skills. I think his name is Robert (not sure) & he was very thorough in serving me. The female clerk (didn’t get her name… sorry) was courteous & friendly. Good assets to the business!

Heres the deal. I gave it a high rating not because it’s a 5 star joint but because it did what it is supposed to and relatively well. Food was fresh, service quick and friendly, place was clean (didn’t use restrooms). If you want a burger, substitute your meat with the natural patty… guaranteed fresh.

This was probably one of my least favorite fast food chains unfortunately. The burger was a bit tasteless and they also slathered a lot of mustard on their buns.
The crispy fries were not bad though. I’d eat those again.

Waited in the drive through for a hour just to arrive at the window and be told the order didn’t go through. Mean while your drive through guy is just chillin with his thumb up his ass rather then step outside and notifies of the issue. Your employees need to take initiative and find other means of solving problems. The only reason I’m giving you a one star rating is because I am obligated to give you one.

Every time I come here late at night, early morning their computer is down… lady closed the window in my face before I could even give a response to her question… rude. won’t be coming here

Breaks my heart to give this place a 1 star review… But this is why…
I went through the drive thru and I gave them my credit card to pay for my food, they gave me my food and the lady said that’s it.
I was in a rush so I forgot my drinks and my CREDIT CARD!
I called them like 10 times and noone answered, finally the manager answered and said you didn’t leave anything here and she hang up.
I tried calling again and noone answered, I was very mad because i know that’s the only place I went to on my lunch time and I noticed about my credit card less than 10 minutes later I just couldn’t go back because I had to be at work at 1:00pm and It was already 12:40pm.
Never coming back to this Carl’s junior again!

This is a fairly decent location. Been here as long as I can remember. They don’t have spectacular service but the employees seem sweet enough. Today they got my drive-​thru order wrong. Twice. I caught the wrong French fries in time to tell the clerk at the window. However I failed to notice that my burger was also wrong. But my sons dad received everything he ordered. Not a bad location overall. And it has a pretty view of the water.

Maybe one of the quickest lunches in recent memory. Had to get a tire fixed on the car and then get back and head out of town. Hauled ass to RWC, Western Bacon Combo i. The drive thru and then ate before i even got to the shop a couple miles away. I generally like to enjoy my food a bit more leisurely but sometimes food on the road is a convenient blessing

The no-​carb thickburger here is put together a little better — larger lettuce leaves that actually wrap around the burger. BUT this location charges almost $ 1 more for the same thickburger than the other locations I’ve frequented. Rent must be high.

I can see why noone was there. 2 workers hanging our doing nothing. Food was bad, prepared wrong. Good lord never going back.

BUYER BEWARE ALERT!
I just took my son down to that place because he missed lunch at school.
If you are not watching, they will try to charge you 30% MORE than what you think you should be paying if you read the menu!
Make sure you are paying attention to PRICES at this location. Use the drive thru so that you can see how the charges are being run up!
I ordered a double western burger combo at the drive thrum window, menu price $ 6.99! Then, the cashier said «Medium or Large combo»? I wanted the one on the menu. The menu doesn’t say there are choices, only one price, for $ 6.99. I knew I didn’t want the large, so I said «medium». Whoops, on the screen flashed a price for $ 1.49 extra! Wait, what? When I asked the cashier why she wasn’t charging me the correct price, she said she was «upselling» and that the 6.99 combo is really called the «small». What? That’s not what the menu says! I told her that it is cheating and possibly illegal to do that. The cashier immediately apologized and reduced the price to the published price, and explained that she’s doing what she has been trained to do, that the district manager has trained them to say this.
Furthermore, BEWARE OF DEBIT CARD FEES. if you want to pay by debit card, they are not allowed to tell you about the 75 cent fee you would incur for the added convenience of paying with a debit card. Fortunately I had cash this time.
So if I had gone with the flow and ordered the medium combo and used a debit card I would have paid $ 2.31 extra, or 30% more than I decided I was going to pay. With tax, instead of payng the $ 7.62 I would have paid $ 9.93 for a kid’s lunch, I really should have gone home and picked an apple off the tree and handed it to him!
Sorry I don’t eat fast food, I have a vegetable garden and try to eat what I can grow for the most part.

I ate nothing all day, and decided to get a quick burger while at work. I stopped by and got a bacon avocado burger.
After about 3 to 5 hours I was puking my brains out! I went to the ER eventually because (According to my wife) I turned a shade of green. They gave me a shitload of fluids and some drugs and I was good to go …
Forget this place! Don’t go there! By the way I met a guy about a month later who also got food poisoning from there!!!

I’ve been attempting to eat low carb – that’s wear Carl’s Junior comes in.
All of their burger can be made low carb (i.e. without the bun and lettuce wrapped). You just have to ask for a lettuce wrapped burger.
I’ve never been inside this location because drive thru has been the easiest for me. The employees are courteous and have gotten my order right nearly every time.
No complaints from me.

My favorite fast food, if I had to choose one (1). =)
Since 2010, I’ve been doing extremely well of not touching foods that may clog my arteries. However, if I had to choose my favorite fast foods, it will be Carl’s Jr hands down. How much do I love Carl’s Jr? Let’s just say I gained a whopping 35lbs back in 2004 eating Carl’s Jr practically everyday! I just love them $ 6 burgers and those criss-​cross fries. Yummerz! Fortunately, I was able to stop myself before I became a 300lbs woman.
Today, I turn to more healthier choices, but not to worry– I will not bore you to such details about that. (besides, it has nothing to do with this review and apparently I have gotten way off topic… u-​turn!)
Anyways, the main reason why I visit this location most is simply because this is the closest to where I live in Redwood City.
The second reason is because there is hardly ever a line there at the drive through. (When I stop by fast food joints, it’s usually because I’m too lazy to cook and I just want something to go –remember people, there is a reason why it is called «fast food»)
Third, the people in the drive through are fairly nice and quick. Takes me no more than 5 minutes to order my food, pay and pick up my food thru the drive through. Yep, that fast.
Would I come back here again? Oh you betcha.

I’ve never been inside the actual restaurant, only the drive through.
I look at the menu, I order what I want, they listen, make it, ring me up and give it to me. They always make my order the way I asked and they charge me the right price.
