We are very happy we found this Daycare! The fact of having to commute for work and not sure where to place your child for daycare mhmh! Not a good feeling. After visiting many Daycares in the area we choose Los Pequenines. We love the fact they are a family based business! Healthy Foods, safe Enviroment, lots of toys, art Projects, and what’s the best They offer Spanish Language Immersion. Super happy my kiddo learning a second Language! Love how Marcela and Moises always have new activities to do with the Kids. I would definitely recommend this place to any Parent looking for a daycare!

I just started my son at Los Pequenines and am so happy there. It is incredibly hard to find a place that you feel comfortable leaving your child, so I feel lucky that I’ve found Los Pequenines. I visited more than 10 day cares in the Redwood City area and this one is among the very best! The caregivers — a husband and wife team really make it feel like a family environment. They are both great with the kids, have a calm and happy demeanor, and seem to enjoy what they do. My son has separation anxiety and they are really great at helping both me and him deal with the morning drop-off. They have their own children in the daycare, and they are very happy and sweet kids which makes me feel more confident leaving my son with them. They take continuing education on child care and child development and often share new resources and information they’ve learned that can help me(as a first-time mom!). The home — VERY clean, spacious, with a lot of different toys to play with. There are multiple rooms that the kids can play in. The garage is converted to a fun art/activity studio. The yard is maintained and well-shaded with a giant canopy/tent and lots of outdoor playthings and structures to keep the kids happy. The extras — Both caregivers are fully bilingual Spanish-English which is a huge PLUS. I get a full report everyday when I pick up my son on what he did and ate. He seems to like the food they prepare, which is hearty and nutritious. They always offer fruits, veggies, organic milk, etc. They’re very flexible — they’ve accommodated my son’s nap schedule even though it’s different than the others. They take walks and trips to the park, which is awesome. Lastly, and probably one of my favorite things: they have a Facebook page and, once you’re friends with them, they post pictures of what the kids are doing during the day. It’s so incredibly nice to see pics of my kid happy and engaged while I’m at work.
