Dr. Thabit repaired/​reconstructed my right shoulder 20 years ago! My shoulder is as normal as my other shoulder. Because of him, I am still active and free of pain. I will always be grateful. Blessings

It’s been four years since Dr. Thabit repaired my torn meniscus. I’ve never encountered a doctor who was as rude and inconsiderate as this guy. He was almost an hour late to each appointment even though I scheduled the first appointment of the day in the hopes of getting in and out on time.
During our last appointment, he was on the phone next to the office for over 30 minutes while I waited and listened in the waiting room. When he finally showed up, there was no apology and when I confronted him about his habit of being late, he said «don’t start with me mister!» Like it was my fault — that I should not even broach the subject of the doctor making a patient wait for nearly an hour, not once, not twice but three times. How rude of me!
Furthermore, he never saw me on the day of my surgery, either before or after the surgery, maybe this is typical but I’m not sure. It would have been nice and this has been the case for other surgeries that I’ve had done.
During one of the follow up appointments I met with an assistant (not sure why he did not see me) she was on the phone with a care giver about her sick child during my entire appointment time with her. All in all it was a bad experience with an arrogant, asshole doctor. But to be fair, my knee is fine and I have a friend who used Thabit and had a totally fine experience. If my other knee goes, I’ll be sure to find another doctor.

This guy worked on my shoulder 6 years ago. The medical outcome seems to be very good. And yes, he is a pleasant person. However, there is a lot of crap to tolerate when dealing with this practice. The staff can be a real pain and you can expect to regularly wait up to TWO HOURS past your appointment time for the doctor.

my visit was not the best. H e kept referring to my age and the fact that 71 year old muscle was not likely to respond well.
I went for second opinion and now will try a third

Dr. Thabit has been working on fixing me after a serious motorcycle accident.
His standard of care is top notch, a real asset to Soar. A great guy as well – a scream to associate with.
Recommend him without any reservations. He gave me my life back.
Any better than that?

I met Dr Thabit about 10 years ago, after some meniscus tear, torn ACL during a hiking trip in Hawaii… He did fixed me up well and later did my ACL replacement. I had some other complications so I had to schedule other surgeries in between and he provided valuable advise on how to go over the whole thing and very good recomendations on specialist and type of procedures I had to get and in what order.
He has also helped me with post op after a leg fracture – yes the same leg of the replaced ACL which by the way did not break!
He is emphatic, but yet realistic and wont give you BS as to recovery time, he will tell you thruth and real recovery estimates, has a great sense of humor, and has provided best advice as to other specialist, therapists, and companies that make the braces…
