After a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnng day of moving and packing and unpacking and then packing again, we contacted our drop-off location to ask if we could return our truck a few hours later than we had indicated. Alex, the Manager, was not only super nice and accommodating, but he called both my boyfriend and my phone to make sure that we got his message that our request was being approved without penalty. He was extremely professional and just a «real» person, trying to help «real» people. .. We totally appreciated his kindness. With a day of solid stress, it was a needed conclusion to the day.
