Sam’s Bagel & Deli

I have been going to Sam’s prior to it being sold and I don’t see a difference. The chicken salad and potato salad has remained the same and is delicious and worth coming back for. The bagels are always tasty and fresh and the new owner is friendly and always greets you with a smile. What more could you want for a small business bagel shop. A great perk is after you purchase a certain amount of sandwiches or bagels you receive a free breakfast or lunch sandwich… great perk!

Really glad I found this place, surprised they don’t have all 5 star reviews?! Was looking for breakfast and they serve it ALL DAY. The prices are SUPER reasonable and the food and bagels are great quality! The owners are super friendly as well (and he threw me a couple extra bagels.). I will definitely make this my new spot. It’s kind of hidden in a shopping center off Reisterstown rd.

I went Sam’s bagel because Courtney’s was closed. Boy am I ever glad I did! They have a new seasonal pumpkin bagel it is to absolutely die for. Service was impeccable the only complaint I have is that the stock in the baskets was pretty much depleted. That was disappointing as I wanted more sesame and poppy seed bagels. But I guarantee you I am going to stock up on this pumpkin while they’re still available. Yum! I would have taken a picture but it was too enticing. I could not stop eating long enough to take a picture.

Sam’s Bagel is a great spot to grab a bagel or quick cheap sandwich. This particular location is rarely crowded making it the perfect post hangover spot

Need toppings on bagels. Poor quantity. So much potential but so far from achievement. Hopefully it’ll get better… Worse and worse each visit …

Ok folks same bagel shop a couple minths, ago was, taken over by another owner. Food is pretty much the same, however please bring your own cream cheese. Sam’s cream cheese has a weird after taste. The owner is stubborn, I informed him numerous times it taste weird.

Really ½ if I could. I wanted so much to like this place. :(Went in and ordered a shrimp salad sandwich. No shrimp. Not…“Sorry we are out of shrimp.” Just…“no shrimp” was the response. Ok, well, «What do you suggest?» «Reuben is good.» Ok, I’ll take that. Waited, and waited, and waited. People came in and got sandwiches and left, 17 minutes later, out comes my sandwich. No one else was in the shop by that time. Young man hands it to me, and said, nothing. Not thank you, sorry it took a while, nothing. Is that how you treat your customers? Left shop. Started out and happened to look at my order at stop light. It had turkey, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, and cheddar cheese. Is that a Rachel? Good gawd.

The service is better than average, the bagels have air pockets but taste OK, and I’d like to see the tables without crumbs and the bathroom without paper dropped all over. If we’re here we’ll try another place.

Bagels are fresh every time. Service is friendly and efficient. The food is good and reasonably priced. The place is clean with a steady stream of customers. I will continue to deal with this place!!!

Been to Sam’s bagels several times for breakfast. Omelette’s are great! I love there home fries, Well seasoned with sweet red onions. The bagels are very good, crusty outside, soft chewy inside with lots of topping for the everything (my favorite), sesame, garlic and onion. They have a nice variety of sweet and savory bagels. My wife always gets a Tuna melt. The tuna salad is very good. Today I got a Turkey club on an everything bagel. It was very, very good! Contrary to other reviews, the food does not take a long time to come to the table. The owners are very friendly and the dining room is clean. Sam’s is a great addition to Reisterstown and look forward to them being around for a long time.

I have been here three times over the last three months and the service has been horrible every time! They take forever to get your food ready. The food quality is not that great either.

The bagel that I ordered, cinnamon and sugar, was hard as a rock. I had it toasted, but it tasted like the warmed it for five seconds in the microwave.

The bagels are just ok, and the food takes too long to prepare for microwaved heating. I hope this place makes it but I would bet against it unless they make done major improvement.

Excellent service. Excellent bagels, being from northern NJ I can appreciate a good bakers, this is one of them…
