Access Dental Care – Terry Song D.D.S

Just as many others, I dread going to the dentist. I walked into Access Dental Care ready for a horrible experience and aching mouth. I walked out with clean teeth and an excitement that I had found such a great dentist! All the staff is very professional and personable. Dr. Song is funny and very easy to deal with. He made my cleaning painless and easy. I would recommend this dentist to anybody who asked and look forward to continued care at this excellent place of business.

Dr. Song is the most thorough and caring dentist I have ever seen. The office is super clean with professional staffs. It’s been three years since I started to get dental treatments from Dr. Song and I can always rely on his work and service.

Wish I could give more stars! My husband and I received amazing service. Dr. Song explained to me my treatment plan, and answered any questions that I had for him. My cleaning was very thorough and pain free. (Unlike my last cleaning done at absolute dental) My treatment plan included two fillings and extraction of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Song said he had time to do it right there and then. I was not prepared financially (although ins picked up most of it) but he did not pressure me and gave me a couple minutes to make up my mind. Although I did not get my wisdom teeth removed I am very confident and trustful in him for when I come get them done next month. The staff was great and knowledgable. I’m will definitely refer friends and family here! Thanks again Dr. Song!

I would give Access Dental even more stars if I could. There is easy, pull-​right-​up-​to-​the-​front-​of-​the-​building parking, a pristine waiting room with refreshments, and friendly staff. I see Dr. Terry Song there, though it is quite a drive for me from Spanish Springs to Professional Circle, I wouldn’t settle for anyone else. Aside from his top notch training and knowledge, he is reasonable and non-​judgmental. If you go to Access Dental, you will tended to by caring, local folks, and not a for-​profit dental mill who forget you when you walk out the door. In my opinion, you won’t find a better dentist in this area than Dr. Song.

I went into this because of our insurance and I don’t regret it one bit. He instantly knew what was wrong with my teeth. Thing that my other dentist never knew (gentle dental) now thanks to them I have 2 root canals that I need to do and some cavities that they never found. I like the people here and I would recommend it to anyone. The doctor is super nice and you can tell he knows and likes his job.

I have used access dental on two different occasions. My first impression of office and staff is that, the staff is very professional while still being easy going and the office is very nice with a modern open feel.
However, the most important thing (and what earns this dentist office 5 stars), is the fact that they are unwilling to take short cuts on your dental work.
If you value quality, comfortable dental work this dentist is for you!
It’s not often for me to write a review on Unilocal,but my repeated good experiences with access dental inspired me to take time out of my busy day to let others know.

My experience I had here was unique. It’s a small office and small staff, but Dr Song was incredibly thorough and patient which I really appreciated. One of the experiences with this place I didn’t really care for they didn’t have a hygienist on staff. Because the office is new and smaller, they currently only have an assistant and the dentist. I’ve never had a dentist do my cleaning but I feel like he did a great job and look forward to coming back

My experience here was great. Dr. Terry Song was professional, took his time to explain everything to me. He performed the cleaning and it was a breeze, X-​rays were done quickly and I appreciated the fact that I was not sitting in a chair for an hour while someone was scraping away at my teeth. Instead Dr. Song uses ultrasonic cleaning, his assistant finished up with a good polishing and I was out the door. I’m glad I found this place and will recommend it to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Amazing experience! The office is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and courteous. The office was a little difficult to find but the receptionist gave me very detailed directions and guided me in. Getting an appointment on a Saturday was nice given my busy schedule and I surprisingly had no wait time at all which is rare for any doctor’s office. Dr. Song was extremely thorough in his exam and helped me choose the treatment option that best suited my needs. I would highly recommend Access Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist whose focus is on patient care instead of just looking at you like a dollar sign.

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Do not go here! I wish there could be a rating for zero stars. the cleaning was so crappy, she hardly did anything. I had to pay for a worthless cleaning, an exam, and full mouth x-​rays. The dentist, Terry Song, looked in my mouth for a second then couldn’t wait to leave early to go to dinner at the Atlantis buffet with his friend. It was 4:30 on a Friday night and they weren’t supposed to close until 6:00. I’m hoping to get my x-​rays from them and go to a different dentist. This was a huge waste of money and I want to cry. This was my first time trying to find a good dentist in Reno, grrr.
