I’ve only been here a few times and I felt that the staff isn’t very helpful. They seem preoccupied with their tasks, or disinterested in the customers coming in. While the store was clean and the clothes weren’t askew and all over the place, I felt the selection was subpar to the space it occupies. I’m not a huge fan of the Gap and this store and the workers didn’t do anything to change my mind. I’ve been the Gap in the Roseville mall and did have a much better experience there.

This is a small Gap and they are limited on sizes but the staff is friendly and they now are able to order your size for you and have it shipped free to your house.

May not be WORST Gap, but close. There for 40 minutes, no greeting, no offer to help. Cramped store. Planned to do a good chunk of buying since I don’t shop often. Going back to online shopping. Sorry brick and mortar-I tried!

Not the best nor the worst Gap I’ve been to. They have men’s, women’s, and kid’s sections and are pretty well stocked in sizes. A 40% off any item coupon came in handy on some nice pairs of pants. However, their service was really sub-par for me. I was never offered a fitting room with loads of pants in my arms. Cashier was extremely fake to me. After a terrible experience at the Levi’s store in the same center, and the fairly condescending employees at this place, I’m gonna go out and say it, but Reno retail workers sure seem to have something against Asian-Americans.
