Lance Bohlman DC

I just went to my first visit with the Chiropractor Bohlman, Lance DC, today.
I’ve gone to see chiropractors on and off for the last 15 years. Some are fabulous, others horrible and many average ones are out there. I don’t know yet if this office is terrific or just average. I only go when I get a knot in my back that won’t work itself out on its own.
My first impression was a very good one. He shares an office with a medical acupuncturist and the atmosphere is very Zen and peaceful. He worked on my back, made easy, gentle adjustments and asked me to come back tomorrow or the day after since the area he’s working on is so irritated and inflamed from the pain I’ve had over the last 24 hours.
I have some relief and will ice the area and return for a second appointment. Hopefully, I’ll find out that this chiropractor is one of the fabulous ones. Don’t know yet.
