Papa John’s Pizza

It is not often I will give a negative review for pizza. Pizza can be made so many different ways and with a multitude of ingredients.
Chain pizza usually is just OK. Not bad, not good.
This pizza was not as good as frozen pizza, there was very little flavor.
We ordered the thin crust because we both like the crispy thin crust. This crust was the consistency of frozen pizza and had very little texture and flavor.
It is not often I throw pizza away, but half was tossed.
I probably could have used it for a door mat.
Definitely will not be back

I ordered over the phone using a groupon deal. I picked it up a half hour later, and all was as ordered. Great customer service throughout. Pizza tasted good and came with complimentary garlic dressing to boot.

Very very upset. I just ordered a pizza. The delivery was straight. But I seriously just found a hair in my pizza. I took a pic of it, I wish I could post the picture on here. I will never order from this place again. So disappointed and pissed.

Online ordering was quick and easy. However, it is extremely misleading. When ordering toppings, it shown the toppings so that with every bite, you should get some of the topping. I happened to order pepperoni and sausage. When I received the pizza, it actually looked like a cheese pizza with some toppings that were dropped on it. On average, there was about 3 pieces of meat total on each slice of the pepperoni and sausage pizza.
On a positive note, the crust and sauce were very good and the dessert cookie was appetizing.
I will probably not go back to them unless I have a bunch of kids to feed that like cheese pizza. Not worth the cost for toppings. The photos shown are not representative of what you receive.

Ordered 2 pies last night via web. One pie arrived with the crust slid on one side of the box, and all the toppings slid to the other side of the box. I was able to fix it, but by that time the pie was cold.

Got delivery tonight… Took over 90 minutes to arrive and was barely warm… After an hour of waiting I called and was told it was on the way– I live 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later it had not arrived so I called for the second time… Disappointed and had to microwave it! We’ll try a different delivery next time.

We got a thin-​crust heart-​shaped pizza and brownies tonight from this location. Honestly, I think I’ve had better frozen pizza than this stuff, it just tasted super cheap. The Little Caesar’s $ 5 pizza down the street was better than this $ 15 one, and it wasn’t even cut into slices when we got it! When we called and told them how disappointed we were, all the guy said was «oh», and that was it, he didn’t seem to care much. The only saving grace of our order was the brownies, which actually were pretty decent. We’ve been to much better Papa John’s than this location. We will not be back.

I ordered a pizza and two liter diet soda. When my order arrived, and they delivery person has left, I came back in (to hotel room), and realized it was not a diet soda. (I’m diabetic and really can’t have normal soda.) i immediately called the store and was put on hold. I waited a little over 5 minutes, when someone picked up the line and hung up. I called back and got Louis (sp? Store manager). He informed me they could process a refund back to my credit card for the original amount and then charge me again, and that it could take several days for the refund to hit. When I asked why, he said «well I don’t know. It’s the banks’ fault, not mine.» Not exactly great customer service. We went on, and he laughed at me over «it’s only 3 dollars» and when I asked what was funny, he stated, «Oh, not trying to be a smart ass.» I asked 4 times to speak to ANYONE else, manager or not, and was told no, that there was nothing they’d be able to do. I then asked for the corporate complaint number and he put me on the phone with a «Nick Taylor», evidently a traveling rep who was visiting he store who was more than helpful. Not a good experience tonight and not at all what I would expect from a Papa John’s.

We walked into this place right at the same time we realized it wasn’t Papa Murphy’s. Dominos had a 45 minute wait this night so I just didn’t want to wait. I wanted my food now… like NOW!!! OK… take a deep breath and look at the Menu. The kids love spending my money on cheese and pepperoni so we get one of them. Then we get a specialty pizza for me. Some sweet BBQ saucy thing. well I didn’t know it was a sweet BBQ saucy thing. I just thought that cowboy meant white sauce??? Wait what?
Anyway the pizza was a fine example of chain store pizza made by people who care… about the cute girl in line behind me. It’s cookie cutter made pizza with a thicker dough than I like, but my son loved it. No complaints here, just no minds were blown while this pizza was eaten either. Just a basic chain pizza experience. I don’t recall if they had a place to sit because I took the cooking time and went over to Smith’s for a few last minute alcohol purchases for the weekend. Yeah… a 6 pack of cider was for my wife! I swear!
We probably wont go back often because pizza is just not that important on my menu. Too many evil carbs.
Parking here is fine Just don’t be a douche and double park like that douche in the Red Truck did… oh wait, that was me.

Had the worst service here today. This is not my first visit to this location, but it will probably be my last.
I placed my order on the app. When I arrived to pick up my order, a delivery driver was on his way out and held the door open for me. That is the only pleasant part of my experience.
There was no one at the counter and as I looked around I noticed that there were a few employees in the office, but they were too busy chatting to assist me. I waited almost 10 minutes when someone came out and asked if I had been helped. I told him no, but he walked away. Someone else came out and retrieved my order, which was ready and chilling on the counter.
My food was cold. It tasted ok, but it was far from fresh. Did I mention the service was terrible?

Good pizza and have awesome online specials

Plain tasting pizza for the same price as Round Table. The kids that work there don’t know what there doing. Got changed for the wrong amount a couple times and then they don’t know how to correct the problem. Then when you call the call center they can’t help either. Place is a joke
