After a few years and changes in ownership I definitely needed to review this spot again. The place has the same great menu with lots of options — healthy or a treat. The bread options have expanded which is great because I can go with a healthier option or splurge a bit. The veggies are always fresh and tasty. The employees are kind and always attentive. They do tend to get quite backed up when the line is long. They do their best but that is my only star downgrade. If they were able to employee more people to minimize the wait, this spot would be amazing.

This location is very clean, the employees are very nice — especially Edwin. He was very kind in making my sandwich and I appreciated how organized my sub was! I always like coming to this location even though I have to drive a little more. I find it very clean, nice, and the food is great.

Employees are not the happy campers you would normally see at this chain. I have been in here several times, always the same grumpy uninterested all business young faces. They have never been thrilled to accommodate my special requests. Not my choice of place to eat in this complex.

Was starving this morning and wanted the breakfast flatbread sandwich. Knew they opened at 9am on Sundays so we waited then headed over then. No lights on, nobody there… Funny thing was I told my husband before we left home at 9 am how this Subway near our home has gone downhill. Always new kids working there who, to be quite honest, are not the cleanest looking crew. I always feel as if I’m interrupting somebody’s break when I go in. I prefer the Subway on S. Meadows service so much more.

Subway used to be a decent company and then their quality and freshness from store to store began to degrade. This store is no exception. I was in a hurry and decided to give this subway near my house a shot. As soon as I walked in and looked at the dismal veggies I could tell it was one of the Subways that could use some help. The veggies were clearly old and almost frozen, and the lettuce had started to turn brown. The nastiest subways usually have freezer burn around the edges of the veggie containers. I should have walked out and went somewhere else. I ate the sandwich about half way and then through it out as it simply had no fresh taste or really any taste at all. Ok, a bad meal happens, get over it right? No, I’m literally in between vomiting cycles and as I write this review. I haven’t had food poisoning like this ever. Never will I go back. If you crave subway and are in the Reno area I would strongly suggest the one off McCarren and Virginia in the Trader Joes shopping center. The owner is always there and you can tell immediately after walking in that it lives up to the eat fresh slogan.

Service has gone horrible downhill from even just a few months ago. For a food establishment, there’s no place for crackhead looking kids with gross body mutilations to be working, 1″ holes in ears, etc. — it made me want to vomit and not be able to eat my sandwich. Can’t have someone that repulsive handling peoples food. Sorry.

Just ok. Not the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever enjoyed. The toaster isn’t set high enough IMO. The turkey was still cold. I’Ill just ask for it microwaved instead of toasted next time. Guess, this isn’t Quiznos so can’t expect toasted.
