First class service and quick response. OK, so our kitchen plumbing wasn’t to code! Todd found a solution, cleaned out the clog, gave us a lot of advice and suggestions to avoid future problems and was off. Only suggestion is I would have appreciated shoe covers as Todd and his assistant, Mickey, tromped around the house. Todd indicated he gets most of his business through referrals. I can see why.

Awesome service! After calling a few plumbers and receiving no response, I found Allred’s on Unilocal and was answered promptly. Todd provided a lot of information and options for fixing a leak in a tricky area of our basement. Todd was attentive to our scheduling needs and made sure the job was done to the highest quality. Todd and his crew did a great job and left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Thanks for a job well done!

Todd and his crew do phenomenal work, they show up on time and they get things done as fast as possible. I had a shower that needed to be fixed and I was pretty sure we’d have to basically rip out the shower or cut a huge hole in the wall, but they figured out how to do a «minimally invasive» procedure that didn’t damage the shower lining. I’ve also hired other plumbers in town that do less work for more money. So, I would definitely hire these guys again.

Todd is awesome. He fixed the clog in my tub in minutes flat. I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber.

Went from working with the worst plumber to Allred’s who are the best service company i have dealt with to date. Had some old toilets to replace before the inlaws arrived. I called Allred’s and dealt with the owner who recommend Toto toilets as one of the best to use so went with that.
When the service tech arrived he was friendly and went over the work to do. He then laid out protective coverings in the house! And went to work without any problems. When he was done the first one we heard a shop vac start. We were so surprised as other companies never cleaned up after themselves! He finished the 2^nd toilet in the same manner.
He prepared our bill and went over everything and it matched the estimate exactly.
What a great experience and the owner called me later to make sure we were happy. And we were Toto’s are an excellent toilet and were tested by our in-​laws :)

Thanks to Todd, he’s a great plumber. STARS for showing up on time***. Fixing my plumbing problems***. Checking on my neighbor’s plumbing problem in their bathroom***. And I’m from a plumbing family, so I’m definitely spoiled by having someone on hand, but there are times when you just need to call a pro and not bother the family plumbers– because they’re retired or out of town anyway.
