Garage Door Repair – Renton

My wife and I heard this loud, strange noise in our garage on Sunday afternoon, but couldn’t figure out what had happened. When we went to raise the garage door we discovered that it was broken. We called IGD Renton Garage Door Repair in Renton and Isaac was at our home in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon!
He correctly diagnosed that we had a broken main spring made an appointment to come and fix it on Tuesday evening.
He was an excellent communicator, texted when he was on the way and arrived on time. He fixed the spring and replaced all 10 rollers on the
door and showed me just how worn and dangerous they were. Our door could have actually fallen off the track and crushed our car! The door is now safe and amazingly quiet.
His price was great and the overall experience was one that I would be happy to recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

IGD was the best. My niece came in the garage door and it fell from the ceiling, bent the track, and the cable broke. I called IGD at 10pm expecting only to leave a message. Low and behold Isaac picked up the phone and asked if it was an emergency. I said it could wait until morning. He came out promptly at 9am, provided a comprehensive quote, and got to work. The work was efficient, high quality, and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were able to repair my door without resorting to expensive upcharges and provided a 1 year warranty for their work.
