We had a pipe break in our basement apartment and they were quick to respond even though it was after hours. They went the extra mile to help us even before they were sure they would be doing the complete restoration job because insurance coverage was questionable. They got the water out quickly, but their construction services have sucked. The contract we signed to get them to do the water restoration required us to use their construction services. It’s been four months and the work is still not completed. They made promises that certain things would go much easier than they have. They assured me that they would be dealing directly with the insurance company and I wouldn’t have to play middle man, but that has not been true. Their workers have made some careless mistakes and communicating with them has been difficult. Make sure you check off the things they are supposed to do and go over the work with a fine tooth comb. Don’t believe everything the tell you.
