The facility was ok, the employee did a great job of handling the crowd as he was alone. However, this facility lost our records. Yep, lost. Its like we never took two hours out of our day(my husbands work day at $ 60 an hour no less) to accomplish the task and are now paying premium co-pays, yep its like that all never happened.

A very unorganized testing center and the staff are not accommodating at all. I went to the lab for a pre-employment urinalysis; my instruction paper stated the lab opens at 6:30am. I arrived at 7:00 am, signed in and waited for 30 minutes. As I’m waiting for them to call my name, the man calls all the others and answers questions from people who arrived in after I did. Frustrated, I went up to the front desk and asked if he noticed my sign in. He then asked what I was there for, and I replied that I was here for a urinalysis. He goes on to tell me that they don’t do that until 9:00a but he can refer me to a place that opens within an hour that uses the same they pick up from. I wound up having to go to Any Lab Test Now which was much better anyways since the staff were very nice and professional. Even ALTN badmouthed them since I am only one of many of patients whom Quest Diagnostic redirects to them. It seems pretty pointless for Quest to send me somewhere else, they weren’t even busy. and I was only doing a pee test. I had to go recently take another urinalysis a second time(new job) and made sure I arrived on the designated times they stated to me last time. I was able to take the test, but AGAIN had to wait for sometime while some people went ahead of me who just walked in and went to the front desk(instead of the staff telling them to sign in like I did, they would just take care of them then and there while the people who sign in once arrived have to wait until they are called). The lady who finally called me was very smug and the lady who ushered me to the bathroom was impatient with a bit of an attitude. They need to become more organized with registration, big time. And also clarify with screening services and place on their .com site time when they open for urinalysis. My recommendation: Go to Any Lab Test Now up the hill to expedite time and get ensured friendlier service. The two are linked to each other and will report to your employer as the same testing center.

This place is just too good. I had to go there for drug testing and RN Tarah took care of me. I am not sure about others but for me the whole experience was a little nerve wrecking, especially because a) I was on periods when I went for the test and b) I really wanted the job… I recommend this place and RN Tarah. She is kind, helpful and very professional.

As a girl who has a phobia about blood draws and has been known to pass out during the event, Diane at this Quest Diagnostics location is definitely as good as it gets! Actually, all the staff are very understanding and sympathetic to my plight! I have gone there for the last three years in preparation for my routine physical and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Diane is my lady of choice but she has gone to just working Saturdays the last two years. But, it is nice to know that you can make reservations for your needle during the week and you are guaranteed an «easy in and out»! For Saturdays, they don’t take appointments but they open on that day at 7:00am. So if you are a chicken like me, you can get there early and be the first one in the door!
