Sunset Materials

Bought materials from them many times. Last week a loader from a different location not used to the loader at this location overloaded my trailer and flatten my trailer tire. The loader and office staff were apologetic and shovel off half the material and help with putting on a spare tire. They gave me the contact number for their manager to remedy the situation. I called the manager and then was relayed to cooperate headquarter and spoke to Jennifer about the incident and requested they replace my tire. I faxed them the cost estimate for the tire replacement and within an hour Jennifer emailed me back asking for my address to send a check to replace the tire. Waiting for the check to come in a few days. Professional staff that knows how to treat their customer. Accidents happen but good customer service is not an accident. The staff at Sunset Materials were great and helpful. I’m a happy customer and will continue getting my materials here. Thanks and keep up the good service.
