I only utilize the drive-thru…anyone who has read my reviews knows how much I love L.A. car culture and the requisite drive-thru experience that accompanies it. After reading other reviews, I can say that this Taco Bell gets my order correct and is quick and courteous each time. Taco Bell… it’s not just for lunch/dinner anymore! I tried their breakfast crunch wrap today. Delicious and filling. I like mixing their FIRE sauce and their green sauce. Their coffee seems to have improved too. I appreciate the way they mix in your sugar and cream requests for you. And have you tried the Starburst freezes? Probably really unhealthy but very refreshing and with a candy-like taste. Yum. For lunch/dinner, I enjoy the Mexican pizza and the crunchy tacos.

Good service. Seem nice and get orders right. However, beware of the Drive Thru! 2 times out of 5 they WILL forget something. Check your bags!

Worst TB in town. Slow. Often gets order wrong. A handful of time we got rude service. The next TB is a ways but I just can’t believe how differently these are run. How does Starbucks get such uniformity for a franchise lol

I haven’t stooped this low since I Unilocaled a post office. After 17 minutes waiting(yes WAITING) in a slow moving line of metallic dinosaurs(cars), I finally received my food. This was during the slow period(2−5pm). I imagine the wait can get to 1 – 2 hour territory during«rush hour.» You’ll gnaw off your own limbs before getting food at this slow food slug hub. Worse, the food was definitely dollar sized. This despite the fact that Taco Bell has gone and lost its mind – charging 7 bucks for a burrito! Am I in alternative universe? Will I now go to L’orangerie in West Hollywood and pay 2 bucks for a filet mignon with gorgonzola pear glacé? Taco bell. Succinctly: You suck.

If you go prepare to wait 20 to 30 minutes minimum for your food. One evening(only 4 cars ahead of me) it took 30 minutes from ordering my food to get to the window, where i waited another 10 minutes. And to mention get my order wrong most the time. Nice to get home realizing I bought a $ 3 burrito, they gave an 89¢ burrito in its place. Worst Taco Bell ever. never going here again and I suggest to dive the extra couple miles to find a better one.

Plz don’t buy the cantina burrito! I had it expecting something similar to el pollo loco or chipotle, Sorry to say but it wasn’t what I expected, the burrito was soggy and the lemon juice tasted artificial. I posted the pic on Unilocal so you can see… Total garbage, only buy $ 1 menu items those expensive burritos aren’t worth it at all.

Fast service. The only thing I can put in this review is that they didn’t mess up my order which is a great thing. Usually you have to go back after someone misses something. :)

Got in line in the drive-thru to get pizza from the Pizza Hut side of this location, to find they no longer sell Pizza Hut! We were stuck in line now, so we ordered anyways. Sat in line for 10 minutes AFTER ordering just to get to the window! Then the girl did not even give us all our food. Good thing we checked.

Been going to this Reseda BLVD/Vanowen st. Taco Bell/Pizza Hut since 2002 as I started going to Reseda Senior High School. To this day I only go here on occasion that’s if I don’t want to spend more than $ 3. For less than $ 3 I cannot complain on the food it’s like every other Taco Bell in the SFV. I’m lucky if I don’t get sick remembering the ecoli-scare from years back. Consistently ordered a $ 2 deal Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, or Double Decker Taco with Nacho Dorito’s, and medium soft drink. Those two food items taste the same as every other Taco Bell. ordered other foods rarely. However service quality dwindled for me come 2011. Keep in mind it’s not the staff as a whole. Some of them are of quality. Ever since various Taco Bells implemented customers names with their order my name is always considered FAKE and the employee at the register does not want to put it on because they cannot enter FAKE names. We had few minutes of argument over it till I said to just call my order number. This happened atleast 3 times. Atleast the Taco Bell at Topanga Canyon BLVD/Vanowen st. are nice enough to in this respect of names. When it comes to problems with food. I remember an indian(from India) family sitting at the next table from me. Due to their beliefs(Hindu?) they cannot eat meat specifically beef. They ordered their meals stating«NOMEAT». Some of the food they recieved ¾ has meat in them. realistically Taco Bell meat is partly soybean considering price. The employee that took their order at the register took to their concern which turned to an argument lasting close to 7 minutes. the employee used a very poor choice of words. one of which stating them as muslim which further fueled tension. No need for argument just replace what they recieved with meatless ones. Long-winded arguments between customer and server don’t make it ideal place for me to eat. the ol’ saying even though you may not agree with it. «The customer is always right.» Only two consolations i could give for this Taco Bell for 2011. those other employees again were of quality, and atleast my orders were never wrong since 2002. As of Janury 2012 after renovation there’s no Pizza Hut in the same building. When I ordered my burrito the employee at the register never asked for my name. guess they went back to the number system.

Taco Bell for some reason does not sit well in my tummy so I try to avoid it as much as possible, this night though I was really hungry so I decided to go for it. The service in the drive-thru was fairly quickly and the gentleman who took my money and handed me my food was nice(: I wasn’t completely disappointed so that was good. The tacos were, well they were what they were nothing special.

No bueno. All 4 of us got something, and even the most expensive item was unpleasant. As we speak, I’m getting a little sick.

Nice Service and everything was just fine. Way better than the Taco Bell in Van Nuys(Sherman Way/Haskell).

Taco Bell is well… taco bell. Its nothing spectacular, the food isn’t so amazing that you can’t get it anywhere else. So what makes this Taco Bell stand out? 1. They actually get the order right — probably because all the people that work there are english speaking teens. 2. The bum that makes his residence in the back by the drive thru. Awesome. I had to wait in line the other day, and he didn’t ask me for any money, but he had a sign that said: «I’m not a vet and I’m not crazy. I don’t like to work and I’m an atheist. But if you’ll buy me a taco, I’ll tell you a joke.» Funnier than hell. That alone deserves the 4th star!
