The pharmacy here takes FOREVER. Seriously, if you’re in a hurry, this is not the place for you. As I write this I am waiting at the pharmacy window where I have been for 20 minutes, waiting to be helped. I just saw a woman inside roll her eyes and walk away, giving up. Walgreens, you need to hire additional pharmacy staff if you want to keep business.

I’ve been prescribing at this pharmacy since they opened. The pharmacy department is amazing! No matter how many people are in indoors or at the drive thru… all the staff, through different people through the years, have ALWAYS been respectful, friendly and so very courteous. People don’t show up at the pharmacy because they feel great. These pharmacists have always been so patient with everyone and describe the side effects for each medication and have informed answers to all questions. I commend them on their respect for all their customers… and I’ve witnessed some awful customers. I would never go anywhere else for prescriptions. THANK YOU!

The pharmacy here is terrible. Sometimes they can fill your prescriptions and other times there is a back hold. This can be very inconvenient, especially since they won’t give me information over the phone. I have to come in person to be told if my prescription can be filled or not.
I can’t speak much for the other services and groceries offered here because I only stop by for the pharmacy.

The woman did not have any eye contact and pretended I was not there, I understand she was on the phone and busy. Bad customer service say something to a client, like it will be a a few mins and not 10. I did press the call service button.
I left and went to CVS on Sherman Way & Sepulveda.

Aweful! Wait time is insane. I’m sitting in a drive through for 40 minutes just to pick up my ready rx. The retarded employee unable to ring me up??? Wts your purpose at this job. You don’t know how to punch in the numbers. Never again. Do not go to this place you’ll waist time and will hate life.

When they opened the 2 drive-​thru lanes years ago, the pharmacy was very good. In recent years, only 1 drive thru, the automated phone system loses refills, and wait times are often long. Here’s my kicker: a few weeks ago after I spent the morning in an ER for severe pain, a Walgreens tech instructed me that a written date was missing on a Rx. When I returned from going back to the ER after driving around in 100-​degree heat, Walgreens then said the dr. should have also initialed it. While I get the legality on dispensing pain meds these days, Walgreens unnecessarily put me through post-​ER hell. For a breath of fresh air, avoid these factory-​like franchises (Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens) with ill-​trained, unsupervised staff, and try a Good Neighbor Pharmacy in your area. Or maybe meds by mail, like PillPak.

Very slow. No sense of order. 20 minutes ended up as one hour and my wife had to go back in line and ask before they gave her prescription. It was obviously already ready but they did not call my wife or announce it was ready. Not coming back to this store!!!

Worst wallgreens pharmacy, un professional, slow and don’t know why they call it a drive thru, more like drive wait for min 20 min. Looks like the need more staff. Better to go to cbs, across the street.

Came here on Christmas Eve for some last minute items. I wanted to avoid going to the market or the mall so I came here.
The cashier was super friendly. He greeted everyone walking through the doors and wished every one a happy holiday.
They have a good selection of gift cards, make up selection is always good.
Make sure you sign up for their rewards card.

That newer young slightly heavy set lady that works weekdays in the evening is terrible. I’m at Walgreens watching her mess up my dads prescription for the umpteenth time, as I type this. It’s terrible. Everyone else is great.
The pharmacists are all good.

Very slow and understaffed pharmacy. Told my prescription would take an hour and now it’s been well over 2 ½ hours. They didn’t work on it until I got back from the one hour they quoted. If they were fully staffed then I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem but there were only 2 people working.

While at the check stand we were asked if we had a rewards card. I answered yes, but we are unable to use it because somehow the phone number doesn’t match the card. Well guess what Veronica, helped us out and she found our phone and our zip code and we were able to use our points thanks to her. Thanks Veronica…

I like this place. They always have what I’m looking for like men’s gel and etc. It tends to get busy since it’s right on the heart of Reseda. But overall it’s a good ace to shop.

Just your nomral walgreens but this one is just hard to get in and out of and in a to much busy area. if you can i would go to a diffrent one if not. Just expect longer times to get in and out.
