I love WOW! They always have what I’m looking for in a huge variety. The staff is always very helpful. And they have the best big giant hooker lashes for like $ 2.00.

We’re all created equal. But when it comes to hair care, lets face it, black people just have special needs. Sally’s doesn’t do it. Target and Wal-​Mart aren’t the key. If you are black and need hair care products live in the Valley AND don’t won’t to travel all the way to LA, WOW is your place.
It’s conveniently located between the east and west Valley. It’s a large spacious store and carries everything from shampoos to hair extensions. Their staff is even knowledgeable enough to help you make and informed decision about what you’re buying. So, save your time and gas and go down the street to WOW.

I keep buying and wearing my hair extensions & wigs from this place. Great prices, helpful & friendly staff. I am way overdue to get my next look! See ya guys soon!

So I gave this place 4 stars only because I feel like their wigs are not the best; however for the price it’s still a good deal and that’s why I keep coming back. They charge a $ 1 fee for wig caps, u can try on 4 wigs per cap. The girl with the glasses and colored hair is SO helpful, (forgot her name), she’s always there to answer all of my questions. Will keep coming back

Been here 4 times but I’ve NEVER been able to find a closure for my hair, I’m a 1B which is popular and they never have it in stock or closures for their colored hair! I end up driving to Olive Beauty in Camarillo every time for my closures. Besides that, they have a large selection of hair. I may try one of their wigs but I’ve given up on finding my hair closures at this place.

A LOT to choose from! You name it, they got it! Associates are OK… their customer service could use some tweaking no doubt. The prices are decent, some product similar in price to Sally’s. The rating is for the variety of product they carry which is so awesome.

Employees are always really helpful! Love to grab my odds n ends here. They have an array of supplies and hair to choose from. I rather come here than Sally’s. Love that they are my local store!

This is one of those «hit or miss» stores. If you get what you need, great! If you don’t get what you want, you’re screwed!
I have been in the retail business since I’ve been able to work. I have a degree in management & have been a manger for a few years, this is not how I would ever treat my customers.
This store used to have good customer service but recently the customer service is bad! Associates are not attentive, lack knowledge, and try to avoid helping customers find items.
Management is even worse! Management does not resolve any customer issues when associates make mistakes. More than once an associate has made a mistake and I have relied on associate’s knowledge only to get screwed! According to management associate’s can not be relied upon for questions. I don’t expect an associate to know everything but they should atleast know the basics!
I used to drive from North Hollywood to buy from this store. Now it’s not worth my time or money! Sad to see a business suffer due to lack of customer service. I will never come back.

Sugi and John are the best! I recommend everyone here. They even remember my name, they’re great. I come here every wk I am a regular here and I’ve never never been disappointed or unhappy with the customer service or products.

Best service and assistance I’ve ever came across. The workers to even the owner came and directly helped with the trying process. They even went above and beyond in bringing recommendations & ideas!!! Legit wig store. Quality is superb too. Doesn’t look all cheesy and cheap. Definitely coming back for s’more! ;)

Brittany was awesome! So friendly and helpful! I got eyelashes for 1.99! And great quality too! Beats having to go to DTLA on the weekends and paying for parking! There’s a huge parking lot here and lots of inexpensive items. Mostly hair, but I found some good cosmetic finds :) came here passing through the valley and they close later than naimes which is nice :)

I’ve never purchased a wig before and walked in unsure of the process. I was greeted and asked if I needed help within a few minutes of me walking around. I informed the young lady that I’d never purchased a wig before and she was very help and explained to the different options and then I choose a few to try on. She helped me try them on, explained to me how I could style them and how to wash and store them. Very helpful! The only complaint I have is an older woman skipped ahead in the line to check out and the employee at the check out stabs didn’t seem to mind. Even though I don’t have any other stores to compare to this experience, it was a positive one so I’ll be back to shop here :)

YASSSS!!! I came in with my best friends today to try on wigs for Halloween and they had the craziest (yet fairly-​priced) wig selections… We found the perfect colors and fit and they were very clean /​helpful. Liz and Susan are the best!!! Patient and great with hair advice, and they laughed at all our jokes lol. I definitely recommend coming in here for wigs if that’s what you’re looking for. Just fantastic!

If I were to base my review on just the products and selection, I would give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately, having rude and incompetent staff ruins your business. I would never hire such people! Went in there and needed some help picking out product. The woman assigned to that section couldnt have been worse. I would return because of the selection but NOT for the service. Provide customer service training or FIRE those people.

WOW… indeed!
This place has a nice selection of hair supplies, makeup (which are brands I don’t normally by but a wide selection nonetheless), eyelash extensions, extensions, dyes, bleaches, etc. However, I couldn’t find the emergency 9−1−1 conditioner in this store…
The staff here are very friendly! I brought my fiancé (at the time) here with me… and at some point I got enmeshed in their array of hair products and when I began to fill guilty that he was probably bored of waiting, I turned around, only to find him getting hair gel advise from the on of the male staff members. They were very helpful to both of our beauty needs.
Staff attitude is a huge determining factor for my decision to return to a facility and these guys were great!

This is the best store for wigs extensions and hair supplies. all the employees there are trendy and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. The lady that helped me was Jaquar, super professional and made really helpful suggestions. The parking is easy the prices are mid range to higher end. Its organized and clean. They have way cooler stuff than most beauty supply places. A+

All the lady’s here are so hard working. They take their time helping as much as they can. They also know about the product’s that a person like me with allergies need to stay away from and the ones I should get. Thank you all at the wow, with your excellent customer service.

Caveat: I came here with my wife so this review is based on her experience.
This place is massive. They have everything you could ask for and at all price levels. For example, they had hair extensions that were $ 40 and those that were $ 500. My wife was blown away by the variety of stuff they have here and could have easily spent the whole day here look through their inventory.

Overall, great place. The prices are right, variety is there, parking isn’t an issue and the people that work here are very helpful.
