After a week of back and forth on phone calls and emails with Mike about a time to come out and wash the exterior of our gutters, he arrived today 70 minutes later than scheduled. Then told me he couldn’t do the job because my townhouse was too tall. Said he was sorry, walked down stairs and left. I was left just standing there kind of speechless. I have email from him that says he came by my house, gave an estimate and left it in my door. I never saw the estimate, so he quoted it to me over the phone. We then scheduled a time. Then he arrives and says he got my house mixed up with someone else and never has been by here. I’m sure he is a nice enough guy, but very disorganized and I’ve lost over a week of my life on this back and forth. I unfortunately can’t recommend his services.

I have been using Mr Windows for years. I was looking up the phone number for the next job when I saw these reviews and had to respond. Mike knows me when I call and is always professional when they visit. Id. All myself finicky. If something needs special attention I just ask. They wear booties in the house so they don’t dirty carpets. They put things back on order and leave the windows and panes crystal clear. Once when I thought something was missed they came and touched it up. There may be less expensive services but I know the service I trust and can usually fit me in when I have a timeline.

Totally UNRELIBLE! We were scheduled for service to clean my windows and gutters for June 12 at 12pm. A BIG residential job for them. Mike called me at 12:15 and said they were running late and asked if they could come at 1:30 or so… He sounded totally beat, and had no energy left! He said they are short men and he just finished a big job. I suggested they come another day, when they are not so tired.
So. We rescheduled for June 19 at 1 pm. At 1:15 I called and asked if they were coming, Mike sounded even more beat than the time before and said «uhhhh no I can’t come today, we are already late and I’m short people.» And hung up. There are so many companies out there to call so DON’T BOTHER CALLING MR WINDOWS, you will plan your week and day around this appt and they will NOT show up !!
I regretibly have to give one star, even though they never showed up to show me their work

These people will never work for me again. We had used them twice previously, with minor incidents each time. However, this time took the prize. They arrived 4 hours late for starters after a mix-​up on whether or not we were scheduled for that day. While going in and out of the house to work on the outside windows, Mike and his helper tracked mud in all over the living room carpet. When this was called to Mike’s attention (nicely, I might add) he tried to walk off the job and only wanted to deal with the man of the house, who was not home at the time. My husband happened to come home while they were packing up to leave and Mike said he would finish the job ONLY if he dealt directly with «the Mr.» They finished the work, got paid and Mike said he would take care of the spots on the carpet. As I was digging out rug shampoo from the kitchen cabinet, Mike went into my laundry room, grabbed a bottle of Shout laundry pretreatment and proceeded to spray that on the soiled spots on the carpet and wipe it up with a rag!!! My husband didn’t realize what Mike was using, and I thought at the time that Mike had rug shampoo on the truck which is why he didn’t use what I had pulled out. Mike’s parting words (to my husband) were that if the spots didn’t come out, we were to call our carpet cleaner (who had just done the rugs 2 months before) and have them come out, then send Mike the bill. Well, of course the Shout left residue on the carpet and was attracting dirt, since it is meant to be used only on garments that are machine-​washed. We spent $ 100 (minimum charge) to have the carpet cleaned again and I doubt that we’ll ever see any reimbursement. Especially since we can’t seem to locate a business address for Mr Windows, and the phone numbers are both cell phones so reverse look-​up doesn’t work. Oh yes, after they left, we discovered that the two dirtiest screens in the whole house had not been touched, and one of the downstairs windows was only half-​cleaned on the upper pane.
