Awesome experience… Wonderful to deal with. great communication throughout the whole process. Bounce house was very clean look like if has never been used. We had 25 kids and everyone had a blast. it was delivered on time and the owner is such a great guy he allowed me to keep it over night because his bubble machine was not working. Simply folks Sammy’s made my Party a huge success and I will be renting again as well as my friends from Sammy’s You will not be disappointed. Also Sammy is a great friendly dog…

I was impressed with all the reviews that i booked them. I never heard from them again. i sent them emails and called them and didn’t get a call back. I had to book someone else. I was very disappointed with their professionalism.
I live in San Diego and celebrated my childs birthday in Virginia. I am not mistaken on the company. The party was scheduled for OCTOBER 14. I spoke to a live person on the phone and was told i was scheduled. I called the Unilocal contact number several times. Inbox stated no one was going to be available until a certain date. I then called after that date and still no call back. NO I AM NOT MISTAKEN!!!

I received an apology from Sammy’s Bounce House. I accepted the apology and hope to give them another chance in the future.

Chaotic last minute request was handled with ease and professionalism.
Price was a touch higher than what I could have found elsewhere but the service was great, bounce house was enormous, and they dropped of early/picked it up late.

I contacted Sammy’s Bounce House as a last-minute Hail Mary — I had neglected to plan anything for my twins’ 2-year birthday party, the big day was coming up in 3 days, and my mamma guilt was in overdrive. Not only did Sammy’s have a bounce house (with a slide!!) available, they listened to my sob story, delivered outside of their delivery area, and charged less than any other bounce-house place in the area (and the bounce house was in better condition than any we’ve had before). Delivery was on time, friendly, and we were allowed to keep it all day. I will absolutely use this place again and recommend it to all my mamma friends.

Wow great experience, awesome customer service with a new inflatable moon bounce that had a slide.
Their website states that they only deliver one a day so they can provide excellent customer service that is flexible and they can have fun too. Well it appears that they are doing just that. We needed our rental 3 hours early then previously arranged and emailed Sammy’s last minute to do so. Amazingly enough they do only deliver one a day and their reply was «we are exclusively dedicated to your party today, you can have the bounce House when ever you would like sir.» Amazing, we had the Moon bounce 30 min later, delivered by the really friendly owner and his Golden Retriever Sammy, still not sure who’s friendlier the owner or Sammy.
Great experience will definitely use for my sons next party.
