The Grounds Guys of Reston

I hired this company to remove snow, and they did a good job of doing that. However, come time for the bill I was charge more than the contract states. An additional charge was added that is not stated anywhere in the contract. I called several times, but nobody ever returned my phone calls. I did manage to speak with somebody once from the company who had been the person that removed the snow. He agreed that I had been charged incorrectly. The only response I have received is via email which has yet to acknowledge this mistake. After trying to resolve this with the company for more than 2 months I will be taken the matter up with my credit card. They should be able to return my money since, the contract, bill, and company replies via email clearly show I was charged incorrectly.
I would advise others to take their business elsewhere to a more responsive company that charges you what they say they are going to charge you!
