Like some of the other reviews have stated, this Dunkin Donuts is as average as they come. The quality was decent, the service was average and the restaurant was well maintained. The biggest issues we had here were the fact that the staff was a bit lackluster, the coffees weren’t mixed, the drive-thru is a bit awkward and getting in and out of the parking lot can be a haste. That being said, it filled our Dunks needs in a timely fashion.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong, but listen, it’s no one’s individual fault. I go here at least once or twice a week so I’ve been observing the dynamic(as I wait for my order to be corrected). Individually, the employees are very nice and everyone works really hard, especially the lady who works inside at the cash register on the weekends. Girl puts up with some serious BS with a smile, props to you honey. I was just in here, however, and the employees were screaming obscenities at each other, and one employee basically threw a fit in front of all the customers, swearing all the way out to the parking lot. It was seriously like a scene from the Real World. They were sending everyone to the parking lot because the kid making the food apparently wasn’t going fast enough. Poor kid was sweating and going as fast as he could with barely any help. Smiled through co workers yelling at him. Seems to me there needs to be some major changes at this location. Better management, fire the bad apples, and hire some people who wag more and bark less. And get that poor kid some help making the food! I worked in restaurants and I feel their pain, so I’ll continue to go here because it’s so convenient.

I don’t know about the coffee at this place, but the coolattas are disgusting. I swear, this place has no idea how to make coolattas. All I taste is slushy ice and sugar, no taste of coffee or anything. It’s too sweet and has a nasty taste of sourness. Luckily I’m not from Revere or anywhere close to this place or I would cry. They were nice enough to remake it, but it doesn’t taste any different. Probably the only DD I know that doesn’t know how to make proper coolattas. Hate to waste food and drinks, but I threw away the whole cup.

I give this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location a one out of five solely due to an experience my family and I had with an employee there by the name of Mario. I was at the drive-thru window with several family members, including two cousins under the age of 10. My youngest cousin was unable to make a quick decision, which led to Mario yelling at us and saying that we were taking too long and needed to make a decision or get out of the drive-thru line. His language and tone were both extremely inappropriate! This type of customer service is inexcusable.

Just your run of the mill Dunks for the most part but for some reason this place gets some items I usually don’t see anywhere else. This one even serves coffee milkshakes(not a coolatta) and I’ve seen pizza. That’s why they get the 4 star bump.

These two Dunkin Donuts’ across the street from one another get 5-stars each just because they’re across the street from one another. Friggin’ awesome. Only in Revere.
