The lady at the reception desk where you do x-Ray/mammography on 12-18-2015 @4:05 older lady blonde hair with glasses very rude(spoke Arabic I believe sorry if I’m wrong and Spanish too) acted as if we were a burden to her when coming in for the appt just shaking her head when I was trying to find my blue card was huffing and puffing and the young Lady that was with her was laughing at the situation and saying that her coworker is «crazy» very rude and disrespectful you don’t know what people are going through so being even more rude at a place where you should be more sensitive and have nicer customer service is really disappointing and hurtful, this just happened so I’m venting. But they should follow a phrase that even my 4yr old know. Treats others the way You want to be treated. Be nice it won’t hurt you.

I’ve been coming here since I was an infant, I had the same pcp until I switched to adult medicine. Diana Palmer MD is an amazing, consistent, thorough doctor. My two children now see her and I wouldn’t want it any other way. The nurses are great, all have been nice and persobable. They are patient with the kids and always give stickers to the little ones. Great availability, always been able to get a same day appointment when needed for illnesses. Exam rooms are clean and the waiting area was renovated a few years back, separating the adult and pediatrics internal medicine departments. There’s always books in the waiting are for kidd and a fee things for them to play with. On the 1st floor there is a lab and xray department, amongst other specialties such as dermatology. They do have free parking out back, it’s tight, but does the job, u have to take a ticket in ur way in, get it stamped while at ur appointment and its free. Thus location is in the same building(well above and to the side) of the Revere Beach blue line station.

My experience just now: Reception: «Hi Revere HealthCare Center.» Me: «Hi, my name is Matt and I’d like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kourosh.» Reception: «Ummm… have you seen her before?» Me: «No, I’d be a new patient. I just moved to the area.» Reception: «She’s not accepting new patients right now. The only way you can get in is if you had a primary care physician here.» Me: «Okay thanks.» Reception: «Yup. Bye.»

5 stars again, my second bloodwork with these peeps, literally in and out. No wait, nothing. They stay open til 8 Mon-Thu and its best to go at night, NOONE is there. I think this visit was another 10 minutes. Theyre also really friendly.
