FINALLY ! A Professional Air Conditioning Service locally in Rialto… We took advantage of a break in our recent heat wave and decided to get our 15+ year old roof mounted York HVAC system serviced. We called a couple of other places in Rialto 1st unfortunately, but won’t make that mistake again. Justin at Ballard Air not only came out the same day, at the time he said he would, and efficiently performed the work he said he would… but did ALL that at a Really Affordable $ Price… Guess that’s the reason Ballard Air has been in business in Rialto since 1966 ! Don’t be fooled be the other services in town, make Ballard Air and Justin, your 1st choice… We’re Glad We DID !

Fantastic! My A/​C went out the week before we planned to list our house for sale, a huge bummer. Justin came out, fixed a loose wire and I was all set! What a relief to have someone you can trust — I know nothing about A/​C and would have bought a whole new unit if they had recommended one. We have had Ballard handle our plumbing and HVAC issues with our house in Riverside for many years. They are so professional and always explain the issues and repairs needed so well. I typically get overwhelmed with any issues at the house, but I know with Brian and Justin, any plumbing/​HVAC issues will be handled thoroughly.
The office staff is amazing as well! Very courteous and work to get someone out to you as quickly as possible.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Riverside area! Reliable and honest!!!
