Cairo Hookah Lounge

Owner is very nice and genuine, place is always improving in atmosphere, quality etc. Very good flavors, I don’t go any place else for hookah in the area — and I have been to more than my fair share. Can never go wrong with the $ 2 ice tip, but I recommend also having a hookah w/​another normal hose to even it out. Always get hot tea, it will soothe you out. Nice to have fun on weekends but chill and mello place to on weekdays. If it’s your first time try Absolute Zero or a Mint combination.

At Cairos Hookah Lounge for the first time since moving to Dallas to review for my upcoming blog.
I loved the vibe! The staff was very polite and cool, starting with the security guard. There was a wait so we had to wait next door at the restaurant. I thought that was a nice gesture on behalf of this establishment! I was comfy and excited as I could hear all the music from next door! Our wait was shorter than expected and we were checked on more than once to give us an update on our table. The hookah was WONDERFUL! Some of the best hookah I’ve had! The only reason this place did not receive 5 stars was because of the state of the décor. Old couches have it that kickback feel I love but I would like a couch that is not tore up.

Awesome place! Everything you would expect from a hookah bar. Really chill environment, good music, BYOB and comfy couches. The staff was really friendly and made coal runs very often.

Really nice location with average prices for hookah. The service here is awesome though — all the staff and the owner are nice and really attentive. I know at nights it can get a bit hectic but they’ll still make the time to come by and say hi and shake some hands. Overall, during the day time, it’s a calm place which is always filled nicely.

I don’t do a lot of hookah, but when I do, it’s here. This is a hidden gem in Richardson .
Location: It’s in a strip mall sort of setting. There are other restaurants and knick knack stores in the area .
Ambience: Very chill and laid back. There are tons of sofas all over to just sit back and relax to get your hookah on! The place was super packed by the time we got there at 11pm. We had to wait a bit for our group, but we were taken care of pretty quickly.
The Hook-​ah: This place has so many flavors of hookah, it will blow your mind! I’ve never seen this many flavors ! I went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but this was my second time going. We ordered the Apple hookah, and it was so flavorful and fun! The waiter also ordered us a special mixture, but we had to ask him to weaken it… LOL! It was way too strong, which took away some of the enjoyment. BTW, this place is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite spirits with you. They will have everything you need for your drink, including their own drink mixes .
Sounds: The music is mostly techno, but they play a bit of hip hop mixed in or they will just play hip hop for an hour or so. Still, a very good time!
If you’re looking for something different to do, I highly suggest going !

This is my favorite hookah bar hands down. I’ve been going here for like four years. It used to be our little secret but it seems people are starting to notice Cairo. It’s a lot busier now and people seem to dress up a bit nicer.
Depending on the day and time you come, it could be quiet and intimate or on weekends it gets packed and the music is super loud.
It’s BYOB with like a $ 3 drinking charge per person or so. 1 hookah to every 3 people rule, they will make you order more. I’m not sure if it’s still the deal but they used to say no dancing because they didn’t have a dance permit?
In all my time of smoking here, we have two personal favorites: blue mist/​white peach with an ice tip or double apple honey bee (super strong, may make beginners light headed).
I’ve only had the food a few times but it was pretty good.
Service is decent but they seem to have a high turn over rate. The manager is really cool.
Ask them to play you the arabic happy birthday song on your birthday!

Ive been here a few times with friends who enjoy hookah. I’m not really a fan of it but the place is pretty decent. I’ve heard their hookah flavors are good and my friends seem to like it. I enjoyed the chill environment during the day and the music at night which is good 90% of the time. Also, it’s a fun place to come with a lot of friends on a weekend night if some of them want to enjoy hookah and loud music. It’s super loud on weekend nights though so not the best place to have a conversation. The food next door is pretty decent as well. The fries can be extremely salty so beware. It’s a hit or miss most days.

This is one of the best hookah bars I’ve been to. I used to go to jasmines but the clientele is much younger and the atmosphere fits that age group. This hookah bar has a great selection of flavors and the service is awesome. I love that the bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. One thing to check when you receive your bill: 18% gratuity is already included in the bill amounts but a line for tip is still on the receipt. However, great service, atmosphere, flavors, and lounge area calls for a equitable tip!

Very nice chill place to go smoke, lay back, and have a good time. This was my second visit here. The only thing that sucked this time was we got skipped for someone who knew somebody. So we had to sit at the bar for a while but he came back n got us a good section.
Servers are always helpful n all over the place. Food was just ok. Ordered steak quesadillas but apparently they thought all I wanted was veggies.
Owner is very nice and making sure ur good. I’ll be back soon. But maybe I’ll eat before!

My favorite hookah lounge I’ve been to. I’ve been to plenty. So many options for hookah flavors, and Arab food options.
It’s a place where they sit you on your own couch with your group, so you might have to wait for one to open up. Sometimes they’ll let you wait at the bar while waiting on a seat.
Great mix of music (when I say that, I mean 90s/​early 2000s pop, rap and hip hop, as well as today’s). So if you’re like me and hate current music, you’ll be satisfied with what you grew up on!
They have belly dancers on the weekends, which is always fun.

Lots of flavors on the hookah, plus modifiers like ice tips. The food was ok. The pita was a little stale, but to be fair it was late, and most people weren’t ordering food. The fries where great.
The reason to go here though is the atmosphere. It was so chill and comfortable. It was great. I went there with a friend and we just lounged on a couch, watched music videos, and smoked.

There’s so many good things about this place!
First, the place is just the right size, not too big, not too small, but even on their most crowded nights, which seem to be Saturdays and Sundays, they always make room for any and everybody.
Now, this is a hookah spot and they definitely live up to that and you can tell by the menu. It’s so many flavors, it’s craziness! I mean a FULL page. I’m a huge fan of Double Apple, that’s the only flavor I’ve gotten when I’ve gone. It relaxes you in the best way possible, real smooth, great taste!
Oh yeah, BTW… BYOB! However much you need, a lot or a little. And if you forget, there’s tons of places around Cairo to pick up adult beverage.
I really like Cairo though… great customer service, all of the staff is friendly, funny, make sure you’re taken care of at all times and it’s just an all around chill spot.

Best place to smoke Shisha and hang out in DFW! Great atmosphere everyday of the week! Very helpful staff and owner!

Should definitely try their pineapple bowl (ask for complimentary Mistique Tip and Natural Charcoal). Very prompt service, nice big TV’s. Noise/​Music level are low/​medium and allow for a good conversation. The service is very prompt.
A little pricey, but totally worth it. You can bring your own alcohol for extra $ 3/​person.
Minus one star for their billing — they include tip @8.5% in the bill, and then add a tip line again on the final bill. Minor detail, but something to be aware of.

This place is crazy!!! The atmosphere there and the décor makes you feel like you are in real ancient Egypt! Perfectly made hookah and polite personnel. i guess everyone is going to enjoy the time there especially if you take couple of your friends with yyou.

This place is so cool. It took my hookah virginity and well since then I’ve been hooked. When you walk in it’s such a neat atmosphere. The service here is decent and the owner is a really nice guy. (he walks around checking up on everyone)
I like coming here on the weekdays because the weekends are really crazy busy and loud. (but you if that’s your thing then more power to you)
