Ok pizza but twice now the «manager,» Deandre has gone out of his way to be rude. Plenty of other better options in the area. Carmine’s and Campisi’s come to mind.

This Domino’s basically knows my order as soon as I walk in, which I really like because it shows they’re paying attention!
I’ve always been a Domino’s fan, but I really try to order from this one as much as possible. The staff are always really happy and nice and it’s always clean from what I can see.
I’ve also never gotten a bad pizza from here, nor has there been a mistake with my order. Definitely recommend!

I don’t really have a lot to base this off of, seeing as I didn’t eat any of the pizza. Yet, I will say that Christine, she works the evenings, is a kick ass employee. She was very helpful, and I will make sure to use this Domino’s anytime I am in Richardson.
P. S. It’s a long, boring story, so don’t ask.

The trick is knowing how to order… I like extra sauce and double my favorite topping. Ordering online is fairly easy. Delivery was prompt. Pizza tasted great!

Cooked or not cook that was the problem. I placed my order online. I tracked my order and picked it up. It looked ok and smelled ok. The problem was the dough it was uneven and undercooked. Bleh gummy in spots well cooked in others. I normally get the spinach and feta and it can be a hit or miss. Totally disappointed bc I really had wanted pizza.

(Carryout) I have recently begun to really love Domino’s Pizza again, due to their changing their recipe a while back. As usual, the pizza was great, but the service at this locations leaves something to be desired. I ordered my pizza online, and then arrived in time to get my order. They took my name, and then I waited around for about 15 – 20 minutes while no one told me what was going on, and employees ignored me.
It wasn’t the worst experience I have had at a pizza place, but I’ll definitely give it a second thought before using them again.

Twice I’ve ordered and had this delivered to my hotel since being in town and both times it was perfect. Both times it was delivered under the quote time, hot fresh just completely impressed with this dominos.

Disgusting, soggy wings… Good thing I’m trying not to eat much meat, gross! The sandwiches were edible, but very greasy. I ate 1⁄3 of my Mediterranean veggie. Hubby had about 1⁄3 of his buffalo chicken sandwich… 30 bucks later and the remainder of our food is in the trash. Never again.

I have loved Dominos Pizza forever. It’s my go-​to delivery pizza. This location, however, left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered my pizza online and paid with my visa card. After 40 minutes, I called to inquire about my delivery, only to be rudely told the employee was the only person in the building and he had several calls ahead of me. I can understand this, but after 10 minutes I had to hang up and call again. No one answered after 3 tries. They must have caller I.D., because when I finally got through it was the toll free line, and I was referred back to this chain. After an hour, a very stressed and unfriendly employee kept interrupting me while I tried to cancel my order (I had waited so long that I had to go to work).
Very bad experience. If you call during busy hours, good luck.
I still love my Dominos, but I will order it elsewhere.
