Fireplace Equipment Warehouse

The people who work here are rude and unprofessional. We had to order our merchandise, and it was promised to us by the following Tuesday. We called that Wednesday to see if they had it, and a very rude woman said they hadn’t picked it up because many of the employees have been sick. She offered no apology. She said our merchandise would be in the following Tuesday. Again, called on Wednesday (today), and the guy who is supposed to go pick it up says they’re really busy and no one can go get it. We still haven’t gotten our merchandise, and we have no idea when they’ll ‘get around’ to going and picking it up from their vendor. We’re on the verge of asking for a refund and taking our business somewhere else.
Update: Got our refund and took our business to Chimney King in Plano. They had our part in stock and we took it home that day. They offered good advice on installation and were very professional. Never go to Fireplace Equipment Warehouse.
