Appointments are never even close to on time. You can expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour and a half or more after your scheduled appointment time before you’re brought and to a room. Once you get to the room you’ll wait another 30 to 45 minutes. Aside from the ridiculous wait times, at first the doctor seemed pretty cool. I scheduled an had a colonoscopy. It went well but after that, the doctor’s attitude seems to have changed. I had an appointment after the colonoscopy. It was uneventful. Just a follow up to the procedure. They wanted me to schedule another one but I was feeling fine. None of my other gastroenterologist required follow ups after previous colonoscopies so I never made another appointment until later. I was going through some litigation, and needed a statement from Steve about my intestinal health. He said he would charge for the service but did not know the total without having completed the form that my attorney ask him to fill out. This information was needed for a hearing coming up. It took about 3 months for me to get the final report. Of course Steve refuse to talk to me on the phone personally, and his assistants could only say what he told them to say which was usually he’s not done with it. I believe there were 12 questions on the form. After I got I copy of the completed questions, I saw that answers that would be key in my hearing were often wrong. It was as if he was looking at someone else’s chart while answering my questionnaire. Consequently, I could not use the questionnaire after Steven completed it. Bottom line: better to stay away from this one.
