HORRIBLE experience. I had a long wait time even though no other patients were in waiting area. I was seen by Dr. Harker. After giving me a diagnosis, I explained to her that I was allergic to some medications. She wrote me a prescription for medicine that I couldn’t use being one of the ones that I told her I was allergic to. I called back the next normal business day(I went on a Friday and they are closed over the weekend and Monday) and asked if I could get a prescription for medicine I could use. However, the staff seemed to be in no real hurry to assist me. I finally spoke with a nurse after calling several times only to be written another prescription that I couldn’t use. The medicine was not sent to the pharmacy until after 4 and by the time I knew it was the wrong medicine the clinic was closed for aftercare. I called back the next business day(day 6) and the nurse never took my call. Dr. Harker finally took one of my calls. After talking to her for about 2 minutes trying to explain the situation and how uncomfortable I had been for 6 days, she responded with her nurse would send me in another prescription after 4pm. I asked her very politely that since I had been waiting for 6 days if they could call in the medicine a bit earlier. To make a long story short, DR. HARKER hung up the phone in my face during our conversation. A DOCTOR hung up the phone in her patients face. I could give her the benefit of the doubt and say it was a mistake but I did not receive a phone call back and surely they have my number on file. I would NEVER visit this clinic again and would not recommend it to anyone. This was my 3rd visit to this clinic and I have been slightly disappointed each time I have gone but not until the 3rd visit have I decided not to return.

I kept two appointments here. Each one lasted three hours or more, for no good reason. I saw Dr. Maryanne Harker. She is a good doctor with a great personality. The staff, however, are disorganized and confused. At my first appointment I brought in my prescriptions, in their bottles, and Dr. Harker and I went through them. She wrote down all the details of my prescriptions. At the next appointment staff claimed to have no record of my prescriptions. A few minutes later when Dr. Harker came in the room she found the list of my prescriptions in my file, the second page. Recently I had to call to request a refill of one of my prescriptions. Again, staff could not locate this page in my file with the list of what I take. There is a lab in the building. The phlebotomist is very friendly but she performed one of the most painful blood draws I have ever had. Thinking maybe it was a fluke I let her do it again, with the same result, a few weeks later. I like Dr. Harker very much but the other circumstances at this practice are more than I care to put up with. Staff and Dr. Harker are fluent in both English and Spanish.
