The woman was rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even stay for my facial and I got a refund from groupon. There was nobody even there to greet me… just a sign that said «lotus facials room 2». There seemed to be nobody in the whole building and when I went to room 2, there was someone getting a facial. The woman giving the facial came out of the room and was extremely rude. She then proceeded to go back into the room and disrespect me by saying foul things in front of her customer before shutting the door. The whole thing was unprofessional and I left so stressed out and angry that I had wasted my time driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home for nothing. I don’t know how the facials are but I didn’t want to find out! Find somewhere else to go!
