This place is massive! They have a coffee shop in the back, which is where I think I’ll start next time. Grab a cup of fuel and check out the wares. This is the perfect place to shop for gifts. They have antiques, handcrafted items, stuff for pets, huge pieces of artwork at dirt-cheap prices… don’t miss this place!

This place is like a huge antique mall. It has isles and isles and they all have local Dallas street names. I really enjoyed that. This mall has a coffee shop, and when I was there they had live music. The prices here were surprisingly affordable. This store was a lot of fun, I got lost in exploring for about an hour. I highly recommend checking it out.

Today was my first visit. I truly loved it. Friendly staff. I also ordered a latte at the coffee shop. Alicia was very nice and my coffee was delicious. I will be going back. Another reason I love this place is that everything is set in an attractive manner.

This is a nice location. Plenty of stuff to look through, with more vendors coming in every time I visit. Only downside is taking your wife, increases time spent there by an hour. Well lit, central location, and the staff is helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit.

Love the Richardson Mercantile. Not many people have discovered this spot, as most times it is quite empty. Hope people discover this spot sooner rather than later. A «sister» store to the Frisco Mercantile located in the old Whole Foods location at Coit @ Beltline. Place is huge — so plan plenty of time to wander around. The Mercantile is a collection of local dealers selling their own individual wares. Some sell«stuff» from China, some handcrafted items, some re-purposed, some art, some of so much stuff. Every time you visit you are likely to see different items. Prices range from very inexpensive to very expensive. Shop around to find your favorite items at the price you prefer to pay.

I grew up going to antique malls with my mother. They were dusty, old, and boring. This place is the best kept secret that would soften any jaded now-grownups from my generation that were toted around with their parents:) It’s clean, well-organized, reasonably priced, and boasts a variety of styles and interests. Sure, chunks of vendor spaces are littered in the back, but who cares. This place rocks.

My favorite new place to shop. Love shopping local? Then this is your spot. I buy something fabulous every time I go.

A little disappointed in the Richardson Mecantile. The vendor selection was meh but perhaps because this location is fairly new. There were lots of vacant spaces and I didn’t care much for the merchandise on display. I prefer the Frisco Mercantile location way more than here.

Richardson Mercantile is a welcome addition to this tired shopping center. The center has never been the same since the Whole Foods moved out and the space set empty until Richardson mercantile moved in. As a consumer, it is nice and clean and the vendors that have moved in so far have some nice things. They have a lot of empty spaces though, and lack a restaurant that many similar antique malls have. perhaps the not rented spaces are because they are new, or perhaps it is because the prices to rent, I am not certain. When visiting with friends who are in the business in other locations, it seems that if you are wanting to rent a booth, that Richardson Mercantile in pretty proud of themselves. For example, a 10×10 booth runs $ 500 a month plus 10% of your sales. While personally I am not in the business, my friends who are say that is kind of high, especially given the fact that there is no history of traffic flow to the mall. I hope they find their happy medium and get the rest of their spaces filled and become successful because it is refreshing to have such a business in the neighborhood.
