Pizza and a drink for 6.48? Yes please. It was pretty good and I’m going back. Pizza is made from dough and cooked into bread after you order. Its a great concept and cooks quickly. Toppings are generious and just about right for the price. Quality is good and I’m glad to have stumbled onto this place.

My family and I have visited Top That Pizza a lot. What makes this concept different from your regular pizza joint is you can customize your personal size pizza. In my opinion, Top That has a slight advantage over it’s competitor, Pie Five, in that they offer more toppings. Each time we visit, we encounter the same lady behind the counter so I’m assuming she is the shift lead or manager. Usually, she is friendly. Today, however, she barked at me for not telling her I wanted a certain topping before she added cheese. I couldn’t believe she was correcting me in such a manner. She said I should have told her I wanted spinach on my pizza before she added cheese. After I told her that everything was okay and what’s done is done, she proceeded to say«Well it’s preferred spinach goes on first before the cheese». We must’ve went back and forth about the spinach four times. Is this really necessary? If it is so important the cheese go last, why place it before the spinach? I will count this as the manager having a bad day. It makes me wonder if she has done this to other customers as every time we visit, the place is empty. My husband even said Top That should be packed with students since it’s around the corner from UTD. If Top That wants to stay in business, they should focus their energy on marketing rather than bickering about spinach before the cheese.

I Love pizza, it’s my go to food when people say«if you were on a desert island and could take one food» pizza… is my choice. It is a really cool concept. The service was great that’s why this gets 3 stars. We ordered chicken wings after being told they were amazing. They were raw, I took a big olé bite into a raw chicken wing. I told the woman, she«remade» the wings. Told me they were raw. It was disappointing to say the least. I did like the Thai pizza. It was different. But soggy. I got it home and crisped the crust up and was pleased. My husband got a make your own… he didn’t like it. Over all I might try it 1 more time and see if they can redeem themselves.

Great place to take a family! The kids can make their own pizza(subway style line) and the adults can load their pizza with all the toppings the kids won’t eat. The staff is what makes us continue to go back weekly. They are super friendly and helpful. You are welcomed with a huge smile right when you step inside the door… each and every time no matter how busy they are. The website has build your own nutritional info which makes sticking to your diet possible. If you’re in the area give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a pretty tast cheap pizza, this place is pretty good! We were all very surprised by how enjoyable our little pizzas were(mine was the 6inch which was particularly tiny and cute) and my husband was able to eat the meatballs without a gluten attack(miliage may vary, we did not confirm they were totally GF) and I ate his breadsticks(also tasty!) It’s not gourmet pizza by ay streatch, it’s set up like a Subway where you see them top your pizza and then they run it through a little Quiznos oven, everything gets pleasantly crispy. The sauce, cheese, and toppings options are plenty(hot links, chorizo, pesto, spicy red sauce, spicy alfredo sauce, gorgonzola, smoked provolone, etc.) Something worth noting– it’s not really the kind of place I would recocmend you order ahead a bunch of pizzas or even order ahead at all. The very concept is that you watch them top your pizza and then it takes a 3 minute journey down their little oven. While we were there a crazy woman came in yelling because she had been put on hold for a long time trying to place and order for pick up. I just don’t think it’s that kind of pizza place to begin with and the kids working had been stuck with a huge order of 10 pizzas already. Sure, they shouldn’t have left the lady on hold but these things happen, she way overreacted and it was very uncomfortable. They have that one little oven, save your big bulk orders for Pizza Hut, I’d say.

Call me a pizza snob but I was unimpressed with the taste and my stomach was unhappy about something afterward. Super awesome idea, though, that you can choose what kind of sauce, toppings and cheese you want for no additional charge. I had a 10″ with the robust Italian tomato sauce, double mozzarella, roma tomatoes, Italian sausage and feta. Sounded like a winning combination but I only ate half and threw the rest away. I work with a couple of college kids who rave about it though so. eh.

I have a friend who comes here twice a week(her husband does too!) and she kept raving about this place! So for our dinner date, she of course, suggested this place. And I enjoyed it! (Which is saying alot because I actually had pizza twice that week before meeting her up… and pizza’s not really on my top 10 food list… more like… if I’m REALLY hungry I guess I could go for some) What I like about this place? 1) superawesome soda machine(you can basically have any soda you want in any flavor. ex. peach sprite, strawberry coke) 2) lots of choices – size 6″ for $ 5 or 10″ for $ 7(I got 6″ but the 10″ looked better)– those prices INCLUDEUNLIMITEDTOPPINGS!!! WHATWHATTTTTTTTTTT! – crust: italian white, multigrain, honeywheat(i got multigrain & it was good!) –sauce: 4 types of red(spicy/sweet combos), alfredo, thai peanut, basil pesto, bbq (i got half thai & half sweet tomato)– the thai was interesting if you’re feeling adventurous(it’s like a sweet peanut-ey sauce) but i think next time i’ll stick to the more normal ones just b/c the rest of the toppings go better with the reds/alfredo – a GAZILLION different toppings: i think i got like ¾ of the toppings lol… and my favorites were #1SUNDRIEDTOMATOES!!! #2 tricolored peppers– they’re the little ones & they’re cooked so they’re soft & not supercrunchy #3 meat & cheese galore 3) hot pizza! it hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp or in a thermal bag for delivery. it’s straight up from the oven.(quiznos style) 4) i know you’re not gonna believe me, but their brownies are REALLYREALLY good!(really chocolatey & soft/gooey on the inside & slightly crispy on the outside) legit!!! my friend bought it for me & i shared it with my husband(and we both kept saying how we wanted another one after we finished it…) 5) easy parking 6) they keep it clean fyi: even though it looks small from the outside, there’s plenty of seating inside. so it’s good for groups the end!

Surprisingly simple concept(subways style pizza making), fast and surprisingly good. I didn’t really expect much when I fist tried Top That — after all, how good could a fast-food pizza be? But I was very positively surprised. The whole process takes about 5 minutes and you have your pizza! Pretty cool! So you pick your dough from 3 different choices and two sizes(6″ and 10″), one of several sauces and then as many of the toppings as you want(the price only depends on the size of the pizza). You can even create two different halves. The whole thing goes into a special oven and comes out 2 ½ minutes later fully baked. And the taste? Actually really good. The crust is nice, not too thick or doughy, but with a nice bite. The sauce I chose(angry red) was only mildly spicy and didn’t overwhelm the pizza. And the toppings were of good quality and generously applied. Finally, my server was very nice and when I said I’ve never been there before, he walked me through the whole process and made suggestions for toppings. Being a lover of Neapolitan pizza(Cane Rosso, Cavalli), this will not become my favorite, but I like it a lot better than the big chain pizzas and will surely pick a pie up now and then on my way home.

Stopped in after work, didn’t feel like cooking dinner. They have a wide-array of toppings, plus some recommended«specialty» pizzas. I didn’t feel like thinking too much either, so I went with the Thai pizza and Philly Cheese Steak. Both were good, but the Thai was better. The sizing of the pizzas is interesting. They’re 10-inchers, so one would be enough for a hearty eater; not enough for two people. You’ll probably end up getting one pizza per person, but for about $ 7 each, that’s not bad for made-to-order pizzas, fresh from the oven.

This place is like Subway, only for pizza. You choose your crust, sauce and toppings for either a 7″ or 10″ pie. I like it because with so much to choose from you can be very creative, and I have been! They offer regular, sweet or spicy pizza sauce as well as BBQ or pesto. The build-your-own concept as you move through the line merely copies burrito and sandwich places but it works and it’s really good. I have been a few times and came away each time with custom built, tasty pie. Average fast food atmosphere, prompt service and decent prices. I recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed top that pizza and would definitely return! My five star review is for what this place is — a fast food pizza place. Of course there is better pizza out there, but this was good and fast and close to home! I enjoyed picking my toppings and watching the guy put it together, and it cooked quickly. I was afraid it would be a flat, flavorless crust but I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and crisp it was. Overall a good experience, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Worth a try if you are in the area and want some fast pizza!

Top That offers custom pizzas for a flat price. Interior is pretty nice. High ceilings, laminate wood flooring, orange walls and modern red chairs. You can make a custom pizza with your choice of crust, sauce and unlimited toppings in 6″ or 10″ sizes. Top That lives up to its name, and offers a huge variety of toppings( ), with some you won’t find elsewhere like peanuts and carrot. I really enjoyed the fresh garlic. The pizza baked quickly in under 5 minutes or so. The crust was nice and crisp, and the cheese was flavorful. They also have one of those fancy new Coke machines, but I opted for a bottle of San Pellegrino Arancia instead. I felt great regret afterwards, because I had purchased nothing more than the world’s most expensive orange juice. At least it had a fancy Italian name. The food is somewhat overpriced for what you get in terms of quantity.
